Ms*** did hire Bravo Roofing & Gutters to repair areas that had leak issuesBased on the first hand information from Ms*** and her husband, as well as visual inspection of the areas that were leaking, we felt it was a shingle related issue. We were able to make
successful repairs to of the areas on our initial visitWe actually found a fourth area and corrected it while working at the rear of the home, (around the fireplace and above the master bedroom)This additional repair was preformed without additional charges to Ms***. The area in question is at the front of the home, above the garageOn our original repair visit, we removed shingles and installed a rubberized leak barrier material, (Storm Guard), sealed around the exposed stone/mortar flashing with roofing silicone, and installed new shinglesWe received a call from Ms*** approximately one month after repairs were made to notify us that the area above the garage still had a leakMs*** said "It is not as bad as it was, but it is still leaking"Within a couple of days we made another attempt to correct the p***lem by uncovering a larger area and making repairsAt this time our repair crew chief spoke to me and Ms***' husband, stating that it might be an issue with the flashing that the builder had cut into the stonework adjacent to the area that is leakingApproximately one month later, Ms*** informed us the area still had a leakOur repair crew made a third visit to the home and after evaluating the area for other possible fixes. Ms***' husband was informed that it might be in their best interest to contact the builder to inquire about a possible warranty on the stonework flashing as this is most likely the causeMs*** and her husband were told by myself and our repair crew chief that we do not cut into that type stonework since doing so could cause additional issuesIt requires a specialistOn May 30, 2016, Ms*** contacted us again stating she was still having issues and wanted us to fix it based upon our year warrantyI reminded her that we do not do the stonework repairs, and that her best option would be contacting the builder to try for warranty reliefShe was offered a refund of $1,since we were unable to make satisfactory repairs in that areaShe did not want to accept the refund and insisted "we make good on the warranty"I again reminded her that the stonework repair was beyond what we were able to repairShe insisted we do the repairsAfter the phone call was concluded, She was again informed via text message that we would refund her $1,Her response was "we will let the Revdex.com decide".The refund is still available as the best resolution this situationThis would allow Ms*** to find a repair contractor who specializes in stonework Sincerely,*** ***Bravo Roofing & Gutters

Revdex.com: company NEVER CAME BACK TO REPAIR AS THEY SAID AND BRICK P***LEMS WAS NEVER AND ISSUE giving THE FACT OF NOT REPONSABILITY I WILL FIND SOMEBODY ELSE AND WILL CLOSE THIS CHAPTER STILL THING GUTTERS BRAVO SHOULD REFUND THE MONEY I ACCEPT THEY ARE NOT COMMITTED AND PITTY AND WANT TO REFUND ONLY 1000 SO WILL ACCEPT AND GOOD LUCK KEEPING THEM ON BUSINESS
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11549549, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
