This is the reason we have an inspection form. We would like it known that we have done everything in our power to keep the costs of the repair to a minimum and to expedite the repair. He was given a more than reasonable repair bill of $447.78.  Had he taken this bill to any boat service center, the charges would have been significantly more and probably not completed within five days. This also saved him charges of down time as the boat was reserved for the following Saturday. We understand his upset feelings, but we stand by the steps we have taken.
