it was in fact priced as the oz bottle new price of $This was explained to the customer after the check out processHowever, I believe there was some kind of misunderstanding between my front manager and the customerSince then, I have contacted the customer and asked her to come to the storeI offered a refund on the smaller size if she no longer wanted it; and she stated that now this was not the issue anymoreThe issue now is the way the front manager dealt with herI have spoken to a few witnesses and they stated that they did not witness any foul treatment by the front managerAlso, the consumer herself expressed the way I dealt with her was greatly appreciated and if this is how the front manager dealt with her she would not have made a complaint
