VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE WAY ROSE HANDLED MY SITUATIONI BOUGHT A TRUCK IN OCTOBER AND DAYS LATER THE BRAKES FAILED WHICH GOT ME INTO A CAR ACCIDENTIT HAS BEEN ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER WITH THIS TRUCK AND JUST YESTERDAY THE MOTOR WENT OUT ON IT ALREADY AND I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR MONTHS OR SONEVER AGAIN WILL I GO OR RECOMMEND TGIS AGENCY

I purchased a used truck from Bravo Truck Center on Thursday, Jan, and had to head out of town the next day The salesman assured me the truck was in good working condition and passed the state inspection However, around miles into the trip and within hours of purchasing the truck, I began to have mechanical issues with it Upon inspection by a mechanic on Jan, it was discovered that the check engine light had been purposely disabled and there were $worth of repairs requiredI immediately contacted Bravo Truck Center regarding their dishonesty and to seek a resolution We were informed by a member of management responsible for sales/contracts that "they wanted to make it right." After several calls and visit by a family member, Bravo Truck Center called me today, January, to inform me that they will not take any responsibility for misleading me and not disclosing needed repairs

Just want warning people just got truck paid K for Chevy truck and weeks I have to install new transmission New gas pump New radiator they don't sale cuality truck's

Mr. [redacted] drove the [redacted] for a month. During that time he put 628 miles on the truck. Customer then claimed that the truck had broken down.
Mr. [redacted] subsequently demanded that Bravo Truck Center refund his $1,500 down payment, or threatened to report Bravo Truck Center to the Revdex.com and/or other agencies.
Bravo Truck Center has complied 100% with the law on this transaction, and no refund is owed to Mr. Rodriquez.
