Good Morning Mr [redacted] , I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience during your move with usI understand the moving process is very hectic and sometimes things may deviate from what we expected and this alone can cause a lot of setbacksYour shipment delivered on 11/5/and your delivery spread was 11/1/- 11/5/Delivery did fall withing the expected time framePlease note the delivery spread means your delivery may arrive anytime within the range of dates providedAs for the incomplete unpacking of your boxes, Olsen and Fielding will refund half of the unpacking chargeLastly, the settlement of any claim is strictly based on the valuation each customer signs forFrom my records, you signed for our lowest form of ValuationTherefore, your claim was settled accordinglyHowever, our sales representative later informed me that you in fact signed for Full Value and provided proof of this factWhen this information came into light, your claim was immediately reevaluated at Full Value and you received a new settlement letterThis mistake was simply a matter of miscommunication on our endAdditionally, you signed for both valuations leading to the first settlement of your claimWith that being said, Olsen and Fielding would like to thank you for you business and again apologize for any inconvenience this move may have caused youI look forward to finalizing your claim and resolving all of your inquiriesHave a wonderful Holiday [redacted] Claims Manager Olsen & Fielding Moving Services

I understand the moving process is very hectic and sometimes things may deviate from what we expected and this alone can cause a lot of setbacks. Your shipment delivered on 11/5/17 and your delivery spread...

was 11/1/17 - 11/5/17. Delivery did fall withing the expected time frame. Please note the delivery spread means your delivery may arrive anytime within the range of dates provided. As for the incomplete unpacking of your boxes, Olsen and Fielding will refund half of the unpacking charge. Lastly, the settlement of any claim is strictly based on the valuation each customer signs for. From my records, you signed for our lowest form of Valuation. Therefore, your claim was settled accordingly. However, our sales representative later informed me that you in fact signed for Full Value and provided proof of this fact. When this information came into light, your claim was immediately reevaluated at Full Value and you received a new settlement letter. This mistake was simply a matter of miscommunication on our end. Additionally, you signed for both valuations leading to the first settlement of your claim.
