Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The Statement that Mr [redacted] Provided shows his lack of human respect and unkind natureEven when I explained (in an emotional way, which was very truthful and honest) he was not willing to believe that I would never damage property of any kind let alone a television at a hotelBringing my children into a Better Business dispute shows his lack of respect and proves he has no proof of damage other than “low blows” to a mother of twoI have received my money back in full, due to a fraud report with my bank which has resulted in The Brawley Inn being flagged for Chase bank as a fraudulent vendorThe reason the Brawley Inn was flagged is that I had Chase perform a stop payment on the first charge, after that was put into effect the Brawley Inn charged a greater amount to may card via a larger sum totally over $Therefore, this complaint isn’t about financial gain or refund this is about protecting others from this awful manager and the terrible treatment I have endured as a guest of the Brawley InnPlease see below for the last email sent by Mr [redacted] which states that his main concern is not his guestHe states that by me responding to his email I agree to the damage and that upon refund I will not write any reviews on the Brawley InnAll of my emails and conversations with Mr [redacted] were disrespectful, non-understanding, condescending, and accusatoryMr [redacted] should be held accountable for his lack of professionalism and common human decency Regards, [redacted]

We stand firm by our positionWe offered to refund half of the amount for the damages caused by Ms***She has refused to respond to our emailAt this point there is nothing more than we can do, since she continues to say the we are committing fraud, we will proceed and forward her slanderous allegations to our legal counsel

Att: Revdex.comThis email is in response to complaint #[redacted]. The Brawley Inn demands that you not publicly post this complaint, because Mrs. [redacted] is not providing you with truthful details. I'll explain:1. Initially, yes I did not offer to refund because too many red flags....

See attached email dated July 3, 2017.2. After she cried on the telephone, and pleaded with me to reverse the charges because her children would be left without eating. I agreed to refund $300. This total much less than the damages incurred. See email dated July 4, 2017. This type of false complaint will damage our OUTSTANDING hotel image. Something that we have worked very hard to achieve for over 20 years! I want to make this perfectly clear, if you choose to ignore the facts, we will have all options on the table, which includes legal action. Please confirm receipt of this email.

I have received my money back in full, due to a fraud report with my bank which has resulted in The Brawley Inn being flagged for Chase bank as a fraudulent vendor. Therefore, this complaint isn’t about financial gain or refund this is about protecting others from this awful manager and the terrible treatment I have endured as a guest of the Brawley Inn. Please see below for the last email sent by Mr. [redacted] which states that his main concern is not his guest. He states that by me responding to his email I agree to the damage and that upon refund I will not write any reviews on the Brawley Inn. All of my emails and conversations with Mr. [redacted] were disrespectful, non-understanding, condescending, and accusatory. Mr. [redacted] should be held accountable for his lack of professionalism and common human decency.
