As of 10/01/all of these checks have cleared my account I can send you a copy of my bank statement if need be. As for the amount of $for the NFS fees this is the amount I was told to send by Mr*** himselfYou need to check your bank to see if these checks have cleared because the money has been taken out of the Black Bear accountIf there are other NFS fees please let me know and I will send you a check for that as well

The at attachment titled "returns from deposit Deposit report from the 18th" shows checks we cashed that were returned NSF. They were re-deposited and returned a 2nd time NSF. The bank does not allow us to deposit these checks a 3rd time. Black Bear Industrial Incsaid their bank allows it and to re-deposit the checks. Therefore, I had to wait for our bank to send me certified copies of the returns and then re-deposit them. We did this for (4) of the checks because only (4) certified copies have been returned by mail as of this date. The other are in transit. These certified yellow checks were re-deposited a 3rd time and of were returned NSF. The returned are:1) *** *** - $1,066.362) *** ** *** - $768.553) *** ** *** - $888.974) *** * *** *** -$978.95Total = $3,702.83Three of these four checks were returned NSF a 3rd time totaling $2,636.47. *** *** cleared for $1,066.36.We are waiting on the other checks to arrive by mail for *** ** *** ($1,145.41) and *** ** *** ($1,360.41)Black Bear Industrials did pay $for the original NSF fees, and did pay for of the returns for $1,066.36, but they have not paid for the remaining checks listed below.1) *** ** *** - $768.552) *** ** *** - $888.973) *** * *** *** -$978.954) *** *** -$1,145.415) *** *** -$1,360.41Total -$5,142.29I have the checks and our bank will testify that these checks have not been paid after several re-deposits. You claim they have been paid without evidence. If what you state is true you will be able to allow our bank to speak to your bank to verify who is holding the money because we certainly are not.Regards,

I spoke with Mr** *** on several occasions about this matterWe had some employees working in the area and they went into Mr*** place of business to cash there paychecksIt is true that some of the paychecks were returned I spoke with Mr*** about this and told him to
redeposit the checks asked him what the returned check fees were and sent him a check for those fees in the amount of $As of 10/1/all of the paychecks that were cashed at Mr*** business have cleared Black Bear Industrial bank account and we're paid by our bankIf Mr*** would like to contact me I would be more than Happy to speak with him about this matterThank You, *** ***

A bank statement will suffice but only if it includes the 'paid dates' and 2-weeks thereafter to show that they were not returned because they were.? Banks often show 'paid' then reverse the 'paid' with a negative reversal.? I will submit your statement to our bank and they can confirm or rebuttal your statement.? As of today the checks noted have not been credited to our account meaning either our bank, your bank, or you are confiscating these funds illegally.How and when will you send me this information??Regards,
