Brawner Park Apartments

When I signed my lease, this place provided laundry facilities but you had to prepay $20 or 40 loads on the card. Im moving out and new management company took over saying its not a prepaid card that its a debt. How would it have a specific amount on the card if it was a debt card instead of a prepaid. Well this mourning without permission they took the money from my account to put 40 loads back on my card. Im moving out this month and moving to Houston so I was just going to use my balance up to the time I left.

Im no the only person having issues here. They have decided to (out of the blue) add late fees and charges to peoples accounts instead of providing a window for payment. I paid my rent for the upcoming month on 31st and they contacted me and told me they were going to add late fees to my rent payment because I hadn't paid yet. I had to show them the receipt. They've even texted people telling them that the smoke detectors in the apartments is their responsibility.
