all the guest are in charge of their desserts. My staff and I do not handle or touch any desserts for the exact reasons she says transpired. As for the buffet, the food was put out on time and left out for two hours as is our custom here. The bride wanted to take all the leftovers home which is not our policy or the policy of our insurance company to protect against food poisoning liability. All leftovers are disposed of immediately during clean up. The real issue here is that the bride tried to skip out with out paying. She said she forgot her checkbook and would come by the next day to settle up. This of course was unacceptable so she had no choice but to open her wedding envelopes and pay in cash which at first she refused to do. She changed her mind after the police arrived. I can also send the Revdex.com numerous thank you notes we have received over the last 14 years in business.
