Revdex.com spoke to Julie at the business and the following was resolved:He was not a customer and we were not his oil supplierHe was without heat and called us upIn an effort to help him out we delivered fuel so he would have heatWe did ask if he would like to switch to us as his fuel provider
Everything seemed fineOur service charge is $but because there was not much we had to do we reduced it for the customer which is where the credit comes fromHe was told he could have a refund or the amount put on his account as a creditWe have issued a check for $to the consumer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
However  I would like to state that they seem to have me confused with another customer. I am not a male, I am female and I was not without heat or heating oil at anytime. Yes it is true I was not a regular customer with this company but they said they were slow and came to service my furnace just the same. I payed their $80+ service charge at the time of service. Some time later I received a notice of overpayment for said service call. This was where the refund originated and it was not returned to me after my written request to do so. Thank you for your assistance, I am confident I would not have received the over payment due to me with out your help. You do get attention.
