These guys are crooksThey sold me on a higher grade countertop for my bar top and only when it broke said it was an unsuitable installationThey charged me full price but revoked any warranty Save yourself some trouble & shop elsewhere

First off I would like to extend my deepest apologies to *** ** Her business is very much appreciated and I feel terrible that she had a less than favorable experience with our companyWhile I am proud of the excellent reputation we have worked very hard to earn, largely due to stellar employees

We recently had Brazilian Best Granite, Inc perform work on our granite kitchen counter top. From the moment of my first phone call connection until the the job was completed, the work and all contacts was far and above all expections. We could not believe that such a highly skilled person so interested in getting every detail correct was sent our way.

We recently had Brazilian Best Granite, Inc perform work on our granite kitchen counter top. From the moment of my first phone call connection until the the job was completed, the work and all contacts was far and above all expections. We could not believe that such a highly skilled person so interested in getting every detail correct was sent our way.

Review: I got the new countertop installed on 01/30/2013 and after 7 months, I see 3 cracks and these are growing, I contacted the Brazilian Granite, they said can not do anything about it. Now 2 additional big cracks developed on the countertop. The countertop carries 10 years of warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace whole countertop

I am very confident that the fissures found on your counter tops do not offer any risk for a collapse of the stone. I fully understand your disappointment in this situation and while we do not normally offer coverage for the issues in your particular situation, we are going to make a special consideration on your behalf to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the end product.

Review: Prior to putting our house on the market, I decided to explore granite options for our bar. This wasn't a necessary purchase as we already have granite in our kitchen - so, this would just be an added perk. In working with [redacted], who was beyond wonderful, I decided to make this purchase for the sale of our home.

We paid the additional fee to have our bar measured to ensure proper cutting. Upon the installers arriving, we quickly learned that the measurement completed was not properly taken. This then delayed our installation as they had to send another individual out for measurements.

When the granite was finally installed, we learned that we would have to higher a plumber as the sink was cut so far back that we have to change our plumbing and we were unable to put the trim back up - DESPITE being told we would be able to add the trim and we would be able to put the sink back together. We are now having to spend a significant amount of more money, simply for a purchase that was not necessary.

While I loved working with [redacted], I would never recommend BBG to anyone. I did send an email which stated that I was not looking for anything, however I would like to explain my experience. It is my understanding that this email was shared with the Owner and HR. While I wasn't looking for anything, a simple call of acknowledgment of my beyond poor experience would have been appreciated. Now, we are scrambling to have our sink plumbing repaired before we put our house on the market.Desired Settlement: After further consideration and speaking with an individual from the General Contractors association, it was recommended that we file a better business complaint. In addition, that we should ask for a refund or reimbursement of cost of plumbing and trim work. Not only are we dealing with the monetary expense, but there is a value to our time as well. Even from the first measurement, the individual arrived late. During the second measurement, I asked to be called with time options - in which I did not receive a call until the individual was on their way to my house, in which I had to return home. Now, I am having to spend time looking into plumbers and the cost/time for the trim.
