I have been utilizing this cleaning company for my rental condo for months now. The level of cleaning and presentation for my renters is impeccable. I have a lot of mirrors and doors and they are always spotless. The owner is easy to contact and communicate with. I trust him and his cleaners 100%. I'm very thankful I was given their name by another owner in the condo complex. GREAT cleaning business!!!
This company lacks integrity. They had to come back a second day to complete a job they initially agreed to do and still did not do all of it. They used cleaning supplies existing in the home so leaves me to wonder if they have cleaning supplies of their own. After complete inspection of all work claimed to be done some of the areas was not even touched at all. I would not hire them to even clean a dog house.
Well... we do had some misunderstanding, she told us don't clean the blinds but she wasn't specific about which one so after she inspected she says she wants the blinds upstairs done and we had back there right away and did it. After the second inspection she noticed behind the fridge wasn't done well and we offered to be back there and she refused it. At that point we never touch her cleaning supplies we do have our own. We feel sorry for her is feeling that way and we still have out offer to be back to fix behind the fridge.
