Hello there, sorry we took a little while to respond back to you! So for that matter her dog was NOT locked in the garage that day, while we cleaned the house the garage door was opened so the dog was going in and out through it. Once we finished again we did not lock the dog inside of the garage!... The OWNER of the company was cleaning on that day and he did specifically says that he did not lock the dog inside the garage once they left! Now, We're not sure if it was like that or it happened that day, but anyway the dog is not ours, if the dog decides to chew walls or furniture I believe the dog's owner would be responsible right? We did not tell the dog to chew the door. So after talking to the client We told he that we could split in half the costs for repairing or discount on the next cleaning! But she did not wanted to do that, once that was said she never called again. Oh, and the client said that she was not even the one who saw it, that it was the baby sitter. That's a third party person that is speaking already. So please ask the client the best way to resolve this! As, mentioned we can split in half the costs or discount it on a next future cleaning!Thank you so much!Brazilian Cleaning Solutions
