I wanted an extension on my concrete driveway for a third truck. I hired them to do a concrete driveway last year, 7.31.2019. I began to notice problems with teh driveway within 2-3 weeks of completing the driveway. I contated them, and they came out 2-3 times to repatch a couple of areas. The patches didn't help they pulled away again. Now, at the joints it's chipping away. It keeps popping up and cracking, and there are little divets, craters, surface. I am the original home owner. I never had a problem witih my concrete drieway for 25 years. The terms of the contract reads: "All concrete work comes with a 1 year warranty."I believe my concrete when it was too wet.
Good afternoon we have been in contact with the customer. This is a warranty issue his driveway is almost a year old. We have advised the customer of the things we can do to repair the issue. We have had emergency matters on current job sites that have to be addressed that are of top priority. I have extended the warranty to make sure this is handled. I have also advised the customer the options that can be done to fix that issues of the driveway. We are working to get the scheduled lined out to make sure he is taken care of. The customer also needs to understand that due to the schedule and/or weather that there may be a delay.
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

Robert R As of July 30 no work has been completed or started I feel that the Brazilian contracting company had known Intentions on calling me back or completing the job task before Revdex.com was involved. Every time I contact no response or call back. This happened after a field supervisor came out to inspected my complaint of driveway we could not come to an agreement or terms. I made mention of legal counsel to see legal counsel from that point moving forward they would not respond back!!!!!!
Brazilian concrete was working on a project for our neighbors and left work equipment in my property and damaged my vehicle and is now not taking responsibility for it.
Good afternoon the complainant reached out to my company after his husband ran over my equipment on an active construction site. The equipment is large and bright safety reddish orange and is hard to miss. The parking are the he says is his property is not well defined and the equipment was well within the active construction zone when the complainant's husband damaged our equipment in so damaging his vehicle. We advised *** to file a police report which he did and to send to his insurance. The claim adjuster will let us know if we are liable and the cost. We advised him that we want to take the proper procedures where a vehicle and our equipment was involved. He has sent threatening text messages among harassing phone calls when we advised the procedures we need to take to have this handle. There is also damage to our equipment that is over the amount the customer is asking to fix the small hole in his bumper. The equipment also needs to be replaced and/or fixed due to the negligence of the complainant's husband.
