Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] - [redacted] In my initial contact with Dr [redacted] , I explained that I would need a notarized translation which could then be authenticated with official government seals by the Brazilian Consulate General here in Los Angeles The email which Dr [redacted] sent me on Sept21, has not been notarized and – as an email - obviously has only a copy of his signature, not an originalThe Brazilian Consulate accepts only original documents for official authenticationThis email, therefore – quite aside from the deplorable quality of the translation itself – does not fulfill the parameters of the original contract

Dear Customer, thanks for your reply to this complaint. At this time, we already read your endless and no substance emailYou know that your translation work cannot be resold nor exchangedYou had all the opportunity to edit the filesThis practice is done to every customerOnce you received all files, you took your time and then you turn around and decide to do justice with your own hands and thinking that you are correct and no one else is correctNow, I repeat, the translation job is concludedYou received the files and this is grounds of acceptanceWe are waiting for the revised files so we can print, stamp it and send it via email. You comment about "honest with people" is groundlessYou were kept informed all the time and you have the translation filesIt is up to you nowInstead of coming here and whine about it, do your part, lets wrap it up and move onThink about itThe time you wasted coming here to complain, you could have done the editing that we ask our customers to do and be done with itYou are the one not being honestStop and ponder. This is our final thought about thisWe tried to make customers happy, yet, some are problematic, and like to stir the pot on the wrong way.we provided all the possible support and still not happyAs we discussed earlier, accepting the electronic files and knowingly keeping for personal gain is a felonyThis is category stealing intellectual property, our workThus, we are open for any further explanations in this matter

I would
like to tell you what happened and I will do this by following the messages
exchanged with the one who helped me and told me his name was

Translator company in the amount of U $ (two hundred fifty dollars) for
the translation of personal documents of pagesThe company confirmed that the
translation would be ready on the 17th of November, tuesday, (I CAN PROVE THAT
THROUGH THE EXCHANGED MESSAGES WITH MR"MÁRCIO")
On November 17th I contacted Mr and
"***" and he asked me until the next day to send a part of the
serviceI agreed (MESSAGES MAY PROVE) and waited until the next day
On November I got in touch again with Mr
"***" and he told me that the work was not readyHe asked me a
new deadline of Friday, November Obviously I did not like, but again gave a
new deadline for Mr"***" (I REPEAT: THE MESSAGES MAY PROVE)
On Saturday November I CAME IN CONTACT
AGAIN and Mr"***" ONCE AGAIN told me that he could not finish
the job and asked me another term (MESSAGES MAY PROVE)
On November 23, monday, I CAME BACK IN
TOUCH with Mr"***" and he told me AGAIN that he had not finished
the job (MESSAGES MAY PROVE)As he did not give me the job I asked him to
return the money and I would find someone else to translate for meHe refused
and said he would continue the translation and I insisted that he give back my
money (MESSAGES MAY PROVE)
On November he told me he had sent a
PART of the translated documentsI
check and saw that there were some documents on my e-mail, but to my surprise a
lot was wrongThis partial submission of documents took place the week of
Thanksgiven I had many appointments in that time
When
I could make contact with him again, it
was the 30th of November (MESSAGES MAY PROVE)Mr*** had not done any
more and translation or correction in the documents that he had sent meI ASKED AGAIN OF MONEY BACK,
he would not return and said he would send the rest of the documentsI no
longer needed documents, my time was up
On December 4, I communicated to Mr"***" I
was making a complaint to Revdex.com and A.T.A
At
this point the less I care about is the money I paidWhat I really want is to
stop this dishonest person who goes through translator and cheats customersIf
they give me back the money I will donate all money for sick children
I do not
want the money just backI want to teach him to be honest with people. I'm
willing to go to court to stop it, this problem turned to me a case of honor. Thanks to
all the Revdex.com for the amazing work you do

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Dear *** ***, how are you?I received your email and I would like to contest the Company “Brazilian Portuguese Translator” again:As you can see in the documents that I sent attached, I always said that the amount that *** *** owed me was USD (actually, the exact amount transferred to him is 153,or one hundred fifty three dol*** and eighty cents).I have no reason to have malicious intentions regarding this company, because I even know themI found them in the Google, hired the service and that’s itI don’t know *** *** in personI just contracted his services and now I am complaining because he didn’t provided themHe just received my money and then disappearedI spoke with him on phone (as he mention), and he told me that he would give me his feedback and he never did and he doesn’t pick up my calls anymoreThe fact that he is translating documents over years doesn’t mean much (Petrobrás is in Brazilian market for more than years) considering that he is not respecting what he agreed with me (which all the documents I already provided)I was supposed to receive the documents in my hands on July and we are on July and he never even replied my emails.I was adviced by a friend to look for his reputation in the Brazilian community of San Diego on FB, and what I found was very disappointing (see the documents attached and the comments translated below).*** ***“I made the translation of my MBA documents with him and he didn’t deliver at the agreed deadlineHe finally delivered after I asked him many timesBefore I pay him, he was very quick and helpful, but after this, he doesn’t deliver in the right timeWhen I started asking him about the documents he got nervous as he was doing a favor to me.” *** ***“*** (slang) haha it happened to me too (she is talking about the delay) and with friends too”*** ***Then I asked if she was referring to *** *** (same person as I was asking about)“ahamm (means yes)… his deadline is worst… *** ***“*** ***, I believe that she (*** ***) asked about him here (on FB) because she can’t contact him and he did the same with other peopleMy daughter also paid him in advance and then had to call him many times to receive his translations… it took too long… if he doesn’t reply, this is the only way…” *** *** ***“He delivered my translation full of mistakes and after the deadline…” *** ***“It happened to me tooKeep your eyes open…” *** “Hi ***How are you?The *** that you made a contract with was a very bad professional with me! He delivered after the deadline and with a thousand big errors of translation! It was a very bad service contracted! Everybody says good things about him, but I just hated” After that, a Canadian friend told me about the Revdex.com and that is why I am here trying to get my money backI contracted the translation in June 18, to be delivered in my hands on July There is no reason for him to keep the money if he didn’t do the service.I provided all the emails, calls, everything proving what I agreed with him and that I was trying to contact himHis intentions are malicious because once you keep the money which is not yours, is not at all an honest attitude. I am looking forward hearing from you.

Thanks for the complaint. Now, let's go with the facts. [redacted] hired us to provide translation services of her and her husband's documents.  We kept customer informed throughout the translation process. All delivered translations are attached to this message as...

proof.Customer claim that she have not received the translations have no substance. She have received all the electronic files. This is our practice to email the documents so customer can verify and it there are any changes, we make the suggested changes with no further charge. Now, customer received the attached electronic files, took her time to reply and also threatening us that she is an attorney, etc.... ( we have it recorded). Claiming that we acted dishonestly is also groundless. By accepting our email consist of acceptance of the job. It is the customer responsibility to verify the work regardless. From the point that customer accepted the files, it constitutes that the work was delivered even while slightly late but keeping the customer in touch via text message. In this case, customer is stealing intellectual property, our work for personal gain. This is a personalized work and cannot be resold. Again, customer is overreacting for this matter. Customer needs to review the work, edit the electronic files, send them corrected, and we will send via surface mail with a raised seal. Customer took other avenues of approach to reach an amicable solution. We are not going to issue a refund based on the above facts. The job is done and we are till today waiting for customer response. Feel free to contact via email for further explanations or clarification in this matter.Best Regards,[redacted]

Stay away form this business! The website is very deceitful and so is the man behind it! Make no mistake, he is a lier! He will defend himself on this forum with some lame excuse or accusation toward me but do NOT believe him! He is dishonest and he will take your money and NOT deliver the translation service you pay him to do for you! I payed him over 2 months ago for a translation service that he told me was going to take 3 days complete. A month latter he tells me that his PC had broken and asked me to re-send my documents. He told me he would have the translation ready in a few days. Well another month goes by and whenever I write to him asking for my translation, he defends himself as if he is offended that I am upset or suspicious of him and his VERY unprofessional behavior! He has given me no valid excuse, apology or a time frame to deliver the service! I now suspect that he uses the personal information of his victims for fraudulent activities in Brazil and maybe here in the USA. The FBI will be investigating him and I hope and pray that I am his last victim! Do not pay him any money and please help protect your friends by letting them know about this fraudulent business!

At first, customer paid 150.00 dol[redacted] and not 1500.00. Secondly, customer is very sneaky and had malicious intentions by which I am about to disclose. A night before, there was a phone conversation between customer and us. The next day, customer felt on her right and wrote an inquiry on a...

facebook page for the Brazilian community in San Diego with about 16,000 subscribers. The beginning was ok. Yet, at the end of her comment, he wrote a term similar to say that we are "CROOKS" and posted it. Needless to say that this smart comment from her end tarnished our reputation that is stainless for 32 years. We contested such post and she kept replying. Her malicious act caused us loss of business by which is not correct. Now she comes here and say whatever she feels like it. I wonder: why someone would tarnish their reputation on Facebook? She did it intentionally without reflecting on the repercussions. Now, here she is complaining about the fact. Perhaps, customer should reflect a little bit about and not just write whatever you feel like it and think it is ok. It is not OK at all.Why customer did not included the above on the initial Revdex.com complaint? Again, her intentions are malicious.  We strive to make every customer happy. Yet, there is a 1 percent that regardless of the regardless are not happy with our services. We always reply to any customer complaint regardless to the circumstances. This is our final statement pertaining this matter.

Thanks for your communication. Now, indeed Mr [redacted] hired our services. Yet, Mr. [redacted] sent us electronic files that took more time than estimated to deliver back on the same layout. different phone numbers and blocking his identity, tried to harass us. Customer does not realize the time it took to provide him with the file. It is a business practice to send the file to customer for their review. Needless to say that he became outraged and demanded a refund. At this time, customer is infringing Intellectual Property Laws under CFR Code Chapter 37. Stealing intellectual property for personal gain. He totally disregarded the time spent on the job. We were communicating with customer via phone and email until he start raising his voice like he owns the world.
Needless to say that customer needs to be aware that he will not utilize our services, turn around with irrational behavior, hanging the phone, and sending several emails, and now coming here at Revdex.com wasting your time and playing a victim.
Thus, his claim has no substance.
There is no entrapment or whatever you feel like is your own personal opinion. This is why we will not issue the refund.

Best Regards,
[redacted]

I believe this is already resolved. Customer was emailed the translation twice via email and one here. Customer needs to get a grip and understand that she now gained access to proprietary material. She is using it for personal gain at this point. This incurs a fine of 250,000.00 dollars fine and 10 years of jail.Customer needs to find a job because she have too much time in her hands.Customer does not know what she is talking about and wasting our time and Revdex.com time.  Thus, form our end, this case is closed for good. There will be no refund based on the above occurrences.Read our lips: no refund!

In
my initial contact with Dr. [redacted], I explained that I would need a
notarized translation which could then be authenticated with official
government seals by the Brazilian Consulate General here in Los

The

– does not fulfill the parameters of the original contract.
