Ms***' loan(s) are federally guaranteed student loansPursuant to federal regulations we are required to report to national credit reporting agencies on regular intervals. As such, it is our policy that we do not modify or change information reported to credit reporitng agencies unless
the original information reported was erroneous. Ms*** admitted that she was not requesting a modification because of an error but as a courtesy. Because we take credit reporting very seriously, we did conduct a review of Ms***' account and confirmed that all reporting was accurate as reported.
