To the Revdex.com,This letter is in response to Joseph S [redacted] complaint response to meFirst off he stated in his response that we did stucco first then the roof to witch he is stating is backwards when it comes to construction but the issue with that is he looked at our roof before he started the stucco job and never once did he tell us that we should replace the roof before we re-stucco the house so if that is how it works in construction field then why did he not inform us of that at the time before he agreed to take on this jobAlso we had no leaks on our roof when we got it replaced witch was done almost a year after the stucco was done and the huge cracks were already thereI don’t want to prolong this anymore then it has already been I just want it fixed so we don’t have to worry about more or any major damage to my house, therefore I don’t want the stucco tested cause that’s going to delay the process even more and winter is nearingAnd in response to him not being rude to me I can honestly say that is not a true statement just an example of what he told me, when I spoke to him he was trying to tell me the cracking was and I stated my uncle used to do stucco and he told me that the size of the cracking we have is not this is when MrS [redacted] went on to tell me and I quote (well then why didn’t you have your uncle do the stucco then.) this was an un-necessary remark from him and was rude of him to tell me that when we trusted him and gave him our businessAll we want is to get this resolved and have our stucco fixed.Thank you, [redacted]
