I said it is clear bubble wrap which is why she did not see it in the picturesNow you can see how I was getting fustrated and yes my voice did get a few octaves higher as would anyone who was trying to resolve this issueBut I was never abusive with the owner just very fustrated with trying to deal with herAlso during this whole ordeal did she ever once contact me as she said she would does that seem like a good business person?
