This letter is in response to issue # [redacted] we received from you concerning a complaint about our businessWe have never received a complaint from your organization and certainly don't want to get an F rating with the Revdex.comMy wife packed and shipped the clock in question in a professional manner as stated by the customerShe also remembers putting the pendulum in the shipment wrapped separatelyIf we had not shipped it with the clock it would still be here but it's notThe gentleman with the complaint got abusive with my wife on the phone even after she asked him to stop yelling at herShe hung up on him as would anyone with any self-respectWe have been in business for over fifteen years with an excellent reputation for customer serviceI don't think we are required to stand for personal attacksOur business with the customer was to pack and ship his item for [redacted] which we didI'm sure the Revdex.com does not condone abuse in any fashion and does not want to reward someone who repeatedly exposed my wife to itRegards, Bill H [redacted] , Owner

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] In response to Freight Stations response I was very upset talking with the owner of Freight Station about the missing pendulumThe owner kept saying she packed it and said to check three location in the box and inside the clockIf she knew that it was packed why would I need to check three different placesThen she asked me to send pictures of all the packing materials of which I did and she did not even look at them until I called her over a week laterThen argued with me that I did not send pictures of the bubble wrap of which I did why wouldn't I? I said it is clear bubble wrap which is why she did not see it in the picturesNow you can see how I was getting fustrated and yes my voice did get a few octaves higher as would anyone who was trying to resolve this issueBut I was never abusive with the owner just very fustrated with trying to deal with herAlso during this whole ordeal did she ever once contact me as she said she would does that seem like a good business person? I now have a clock that I can not use due to her neglect to include the pendulumI am sure as a good person in Business would understand the customers concerns and issue with this type of problemI am sure she felt that she packed it just like when everyone of us have misplaced or lost something only to I know where I put it or left itI am hoping that Freight Station would Please refund me the shipping cost of $and the price of the clock $as this is not a large amount of money and am sure they must hve insurance for matters like this Thank You, [redacted]
