Well let me start it by saying if I could leave a 0 star review I would. Our pool was finished in December of 2017.. in April of 2018 we started to see what appeared to be spider cracks in the plaster (pictures below). We reached out to mr. S and expressed our concerns.. now let me tell you he is not a easy guy to get ahold of once you have a problem. Took him 2 weeks and several phone calls to get him to come out and take a look. Every time we call him it’s a huge run around. Here we are now 4 months later with the same issues we had before and no solution.
-spider cracks in the plaster
-does not honor warranty
-9 cracks in the cement around the pool
-extremely rough plaster
-Large dark spots throughout pool
-no plaster around table base in pool
We paid extra money for the best pool liner with the longer warranty. ?
Seems like once they get your money that’s it.
$41,002 for our pool and we have problem 4 months later.

Im sorry for your plaster experience but as my husband, Adam, told you and Nathan that April is a very busy time of the season and it was going to be difficult to get our plaster contractor back out to your place in Bedias, Tx and that it was ok to continue using your pool and that we definitely will schedule for the replaster repair and also, came to a mutual agreement that when we replastered your pool that you'd remove these negative and false statements off of social media, to which, we, Brazos Lonestar Pools stood by our word and our warranty to replaster your pool and make you guys happy.
As promised, we did replaster your pool on August 17th, 2018!
So we did in fact, honor our warranty. We, Brazos Lonestar Pools, are family owned for several generations and are Christian based that does not steal "Get Your Money", we respect our business and our customers!

These folks are great! We have been told that we are sticklers for detail and probably are high maintenance in our expectations by other trades and craftsmen. Adam and his team have done an excellent job in satisfying our requirements.
We had a particular grade requirement and the pool had to be inserted between two buildings, a septic tank, and a high voltage run. plus a gas line. They met all of the legal requirements and safety requirements.
They took extra care that our house and our shop were not damaged. It was amazing to see how easily they were able to determine ingress/egress for their equipment; keep the finished grade exactly where we needed it; and met all expectations of timing.
They provided proof of General Liability without a blink. Established a fair pricing and, we think.... even added a bit more service beyond what we priced in the original contract.
We also asked them to add the additional pad and plumbing to service a future heater for the pool and a water feature. All was done as expected and in good workmanship. Brazos Lone Star Pools will be the source of gas heater we will add soon.
These are good folks and not fly by night. They have been a family business since 1999 and were the ONLY folks that offered a reasonable pricing model in the Brazos Valley. We are out in Hilltop Lakes and expected to see a slight increase given our distance from Bryan-College Station overall. Amazingly, Adam and his team did not try to add the "Hilltop Lakes surcharge" built into so many other quotes. Moreover, they did not hesitate or shy away from the tight quarters required to place our pool.
We recommend that anyone considering a pool to give them an opportunity to quote the business. Somehow they were able to deal very well with a stickler for detail and still always smile.

Brazos Lonestar Pools
We found Brazos Lonestar Pools while looking for a small, local pool builder (instead of a big corporate conglomerate) who could build a great, solid, but affordable pool: they really nailed it!
We are currently about 90% finished with our pool built by Brazos Lonestar Pools, and we are so happy with the whole process: Adam and Tavia have been very personal and upfront, and we felt this husband and wife team really put our needs first. Adam and his partner have been very responsive by email and by text with pool building progress, questions, and last minute changes. And, of course, with as expensive as these things can get, we were most pleased with their transparency and communication. Finally, with as much as we threw at them, we were relieved at how they always worked with us to accommodate our budget and stay under.
