I am rejecting this response because: She is not telling the truth, I can produce emails where at first she did not even want to discuss a replacement, as I said, the first stick was a very nice stick with the exception of the top joint with the grain pulled, I did not have time to take pics of the second stick due to time constraints but it was a very bad stick, she could have called me when she "supposedly" inspecting the second stick to be shipped and if we had of exchanged pics I would have told her then and there "NO", so we are only getting half truth's here, the bottom line at this point is they have their products back, I would like my $back and the deal is done, I never dreamed this would become so difficult but it is all in the people you deal with.Just have them credit back my urchase, they have their product in hand. And if I were Brazo I would find a replacement for this girl *** and business would be better. *** *** *** *** ** **

Hello [redacted], Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention.When Mr. [redacted] ordered his Iron Bamboo Walking Stick, I wanted to make sure that he got his stick in a reasonable amount of time due to his upcoming surgery. When he called me back after receiving the first bamboo...

stick, I listened to his concerns, took notes so that I would understand what we needed to look for on his replacement and then explained that our products are made from natural wood & are handcrafted so each will be unique from the other.We do not make these out of plastic or any other non-wood product, these are all made from real wood (bamboo in this case). I explained to him that I would be sure to talk with our shipping department and even look at the stick he would be getting personally.We ensured he received the replacement in time for his surgery. I can assure you that the stick that went out was in great condition and did not have any issues, I personally saw the stick and even inspected it with our shipping team before leaving our dock. I believe Mr. [redacted] wants a perfect stick, however these are natural wood products which means they each have their own natural character. Trees have knots, bends, twist, and edges, we clean up those elements but we cannot completely eliminate them. We explained all of this to him on the phone both times. When he ordered he even claimed that he understood that they are handmade and are not perfectly straight. We also explained that these are naturally made products and will often include irregularities that often come with naturally made products. We did our best to make sure the customer’s needs were met. Customer Service here at Brazos Walking Sticks is our top priority! We pride ourselves in ensuring every customer receives the proper attention they deserve and receive a 100% American Made, top-quality product!
