info <[email protected]>Subject: Response -- ID [redacted] Dear Revdex.com - Please accept this email as written response to complaint ID [redacted]. We were notified the refrigerator at 127 Bentwood was not cooling on Saturday August 15, 2015. Our vendor repaired the appliance on Wednesday August 19, 2015 [invoice attached]. The freezer on the unit worked throughout the incident. We are proud of the resolution time and are confident we have fully met our contractual obligation to the resident. The residents have since asked that we replace perishable items that were in the refrigerator. We have declined this request as the residents are solely responsible for their perishable items, the freezer was in working order throughout the process and because the resident failed to take basic steps to prevent spoilage (i.e. place items in the freezer or cooler with ice). We regret the inconvenience experienced due to this appliance outage, but we also expect our residents to defend their perishable property and residence throughout the lease term as if it were their own. The resident, in this situation, failed to do so. -- Thank you, [redacted] Leasing Consultant My Home Residential [redacted]
