I am extremely upset. I purchased a single two day trial membership for $1.00 and ended up being charged for two separate memberships (each for one for $34.97 and the other $39.95). This is advertising for one thing and taking advantage of my information and charging me for something else! I want my money back!

Review: I've been charged for brazzerspremium.com for several months, though I never knowingly signed up for it.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to ensure that its customers know what they're signing up for. In this case, its customer service representatives tell me that I was charged because I signed up for a different product and I was required to opt out of paying for this subscription upon checkout. I did not actively buy the subscription - if this happens frequently (which it does, according to mbiprobillers FAQ page), it is not clear enough to the customer what they're buying and paying for.

When I cancelled my subscription for the product I originally meant to purchase, I continued to be charged for brazzerspremium.com for a few months. This is probably because I cancelled my brazzers.com account and brazzerspremium.com has a different name. I meant to stop all billings; it should have been made clear to me that there was another account I needed to cancel (though I shouldn't have been signed up for brazzerspremium.com in the first place.)

Review: I had signed up for a two day trial with this website with a secondary debit card and recently checked and noticed two charges of $39.95 without having signed up for these extra charges. I had not logged in a single time after the two days because I had believed it to be cancelled, when I tried to contact customer service I was told at first that I had signed up for the extra months and I didn't want to deal with this person due to the disrespect so I talked to someone else and was only offered 3 months extended membership.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $79.90 since it was not touched a single time after the first two day trial.

Review: I applied for a 1 day trial for 1.99 when I checked my statement it said they charged me 39.00$ I contacted them and asked them why they said that the 1 day trial was a premium account trial and a regular account was set up with that they said it was clear which it was not and that they sent me an email detailing every thing which they didn't either they tried apeassing me by giving me an additional 2 months free which just proves that they intentionally tricked me into this purchase I looked online to see if anyone else had this problem and someone said that there was a box that was already checked off that enabled them to open a monthly subscription and charge me 39.00$ is that fair that they already check off a box that I couldn't see which means they put it on the bottom of the page and then charge me a full months subscription because I don't uncheck the box that is a deliberate attempt to fool customers and I check my emails every day I would have seen an email from them and canceled it before it was to late now they tell me it's to late to cancel pls help it's pretty obvious that their unfair and unethical.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I signed up for a month member where I was told, and have proof, that I will be charged for that month and every month after until cancel my membership. I cancelled my membership over 2 months ago & they are still charging my account. This past month they charged my account twice.Desired Settlement: To stop charging my account & finally end this problem.

When I clicked accept charges it said that I was charged $59.95.

I immediately contacted this business.

Talking with [redacted] XTN # [redacted] he said that there is no way to reverse the charge but only gave me options to further upgrade my account and charge me more monies.Desired Settlement: Due to the inconvenience, pure hassle, and unsatisfactory current resolution, I ask for a full refund of $59.95 or a partial refund that goes in accordance to what I selected and refund of $49.95.

They may exercise their right to cancel my membership after 30 days if a refund is applied.

Review: Charged me for a website I never used. Charged me for a site after I cancelled my membership. When I spoke with representatives from billing agency, they were not helpful at all. They kept telling me that I could not receive money back from the website I had not used and was not going to refund my money after I had cancelled.Desired Settlement: Refund of money from website I never used. Refund of money to my account from 9-2-13 and 10-1-13. Both amounts are $29.97, so a total of 59.94. Second site was supposed to have been cancelled in May of 2013. They continued to charge my account on 6-10-2013, 7-9-2013, 8-8-2013, and 9-2-2013. I would like a refund of 119.96 from this account.

Review: I applied to the website via a trial membership that was supposed to cost me a dollar. After obtaining my username and password I logged into the site, which has a habit of shoving its $24.75 upgrade add in your face. To continue to the actual content, you must click continue, BUT not before deselecting a box that will AUTOMATICALLY upgrade you to a full membership. After accidentally forgetting this step I stopped the page from loading immediately, then cancelled my account. Later on that day I called the company, and they refused to refund my money despite the fact that I had expressed no interest in what they had to offer and had not made use of the account. They told me that there are no refunds because the site can be accessed discreetly. I asked if there was a way they could bar me from the site and provide a refund and they refused, but did offer to disable the service on my end.Desired Settlement: I really just want my refund because this membership has costed me to overdraft on my bank card and I had no intention of acquiring this service.

Review: I signed up for a service called MrFacial. The service did not work as desired so I immediately called to cancel the service I had just signed up for. They sent me a cancellation notice via email. Fast forward 5 months and I notice that they are still charging me $39.97 per month. I called to get a refund, as these charges were not for services I signed up for. They service representative informed me that when I signed up for the MrFacial service, they had opted me in for a second service called brazzers.com - I was unaware they were signing me up for a second service. this second servuce had a monthly charge of $39.97. The company refused to credit the charges back to my account - they said it was my fault and I should have detected, in the fine print, that I was signing up for 2 services with the one form. This is a typical online scam.Desired Settlement: Refund of $159.88 for the 4 months of fraudulent charges. And, considering the massive amounts of complaints of the same type, I would like to see the service to be terminated. Consumers need to be protected from fraud masquerading as a legitimate service.

Review: I cancelled my membership for this company because I only wanted to try the trial, and they went ahead and continued to charge my after I cancelled. I contact them through email and I got no response, when I tried the chat the employee refused to help and he stated that I only cancelled one account. I was only signed up for one but he claimed two. I tried to get this problem resolved but he failed to provide good customer service and kept telling me there was nobody higher and he was the only person I could talk to. I talked to my bank and they are going to try getting this resolved but I think that they should make the cancellation process easier for the customer. I cancelled because I did not want to be charged a monthly fee but they found ways to continue to charge me. I wish I could get all my money back, but I merely a citizen going against this huge scamming company.Desired Settlement: I would want all my charges refunded and for them to create a better way of canceling their services. Also better customer service when a customer wants to be helped not pushing him away and saying that its his own fault.

Review: I bought a years subscription from them using a check earlier this year. I deleted their confirmation email while going through them. When I couldn't remember my password I contacted them for it and they said my account has expired. I paid for a year back in February of this year, 2014Desired Settlement: I would either like my money back or like for them to give me my account back that I paid for.

Review: Yes I ordered a subscription on the site for a month and decided I did not like it I understand the law in ohio is 3 day cool down on subscriptions so I would like a full refund of my money .Desired Settlement: Refund of all the money

Review: I agreed to pay $1.00 for a 2 day trial upon checkout. So I signed up on June 3rd for $1.00 thinking I will not be charged until my trial has reached 2 days. But when I check my bank account the very next day on June 4th I was charged $24.95. Thinking this is just a mistake, so call the company, I tell them my trial was 2 days and I was charged 1 day too early and I would like a refund. To my surprise she says I will not get a refund because I did not uncheck a box, that was not visible to begin with. Feeling cheated I called my credit card company on June 4th the very same day and opened a claim. Then I noticed the charge for June 4th for $24.95 was reversed by the company then re-posted on June 6th. So I call my bank back the next day to check the status of my claim, and all they are able to see is the charge for June 6th not June 4th. Desperate for proof that I was charged one day after signing up, I opened the emails they sent me after signing up, they did not send me a cancellation email, and the email I got when I payed for the 2 day trial says I will be charged on June 6th. I've been scammed in the past but this company does it very well. So please avoid this site at all cost, I'm not surprised they have a F on Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: It's this companies responsibility to refund me the full amount of $24.95.
