Our Multifamily Administrative person met this gentleman for the move out and he was not ready when she showed up He said he was waiting for his boss that was coming later in the day to help him move Our employee told him that she was going to go back to the unit and see the condition the following day to confirm he had cleaned the unit as required and removed his furnitureHe chose to sign the move out inspection before a final inspectionWhen our employee went back to the unit he left the keys by the door, was not present left a love-seat, lounge chair, big mirror The unit was left dirty and was not cleaned and he was charged for very minimal things like a dirty stove, floors, refrigerator, bathroom tile which is all documented with over photos that we can provide separately to you if needed.We worked with this gentelement to accommodate his schedule and even allowed him out of his lease a month early with approval from the owner with no penaltyThe charge for the refrigerator is not for the damage but its for cleaning, a note was made about the move in damage to the refrigerator so he would not be chargedThe conversation another employee had with him was very difficult He did not understand why you can’t just leave your unwanted furniture and not clean the place without any chargesOur staff felt like he was finally getting it and did agree that he did not clean nor remove his items as he was obligated to do We are very sorry the customer is upset, but we made every reasonable effort to explain and accommodate his schedule with move-out This customer signed document twice and we in NO WAY forged his signature Please let us know if you need further comment on the subject.Thank you, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
BRC:"This customer signed document twice and we in NO WAY forged his signature."-This is not trueI signed document onceThe BRC Real Estate employee signed it too.That documend had full $dollars deposit return.They changed the sum to $720, printed my signature on the document and now saying that I signed it.Thanks to camera with Macro-lens I can prove - signature is printed, I'll attach the photos.BRC:"Our employee told him that she was going to go back to the unit and see the condition the following day..."-No, she didn't say thatThere wes no converation about second inspection.I was told to leave the keys by the doorThe following day I was still there, noone came.BRC:"The charge for the refrigerator is not for the damage but its for cleaning, a note was made about the move in damage to the refrigerator so he would not be charged."-You can check the attached document and see that I was charged $for the door that was damaged on move-in
