Review: I had my 2001 Honda Accord Washed at this location. One of the employees who vacuumed my car damaged the airbag wiring under the passenger seat of the vehicle. My SRS light was not on when I had the car washed. Once I started it a drove away it turned on and stayed on. I took the car to Honda and I was advised that someone had pulled on the wires and caused the SRS module to short out. I spoke with Jose the manager of the business and he said that he would take care of the problem. It has been 2 months since he told me this. It should be noted that it not careful the wires underneath the seat could be hit with the vacuum hose or suction piece. I am not a new customer. I have had over 40 washes at this location.Desired Settlement: I would like the part fixed. Currently my airbags will not work due to this problem.

They broke my jeep during the oil change then gave us attitude and ignored us, no attempt within the 6 hours we've been siting here have they attempted to even make us feel like our time was valuable, they had to go to keep to get parts meanwhile we were left here to just sit. Horrible business practice, also the vehicle wasn't even cleaned well, no attempt whatsoever to make things right.
