the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as stipulated herein. Williams Oil/The Heat People agreed to replace the gas boiler with a new unit at no charge. It should go without saying, but I expect that the new boiler will be of equal or greater value and come with a full "new product" warranty from the manufacturer. Additionally, I expect the business (Williams Oil/The Heat People) will honor their usual installation guarantee or warranty, as appropriate, and service the unit as needed to ensure proper installation and operation as if we were purchasing a second new unit. The business did contact me promptly upon receiving your communication about this complaint and verbally offered to replace the unit with a new boiler. They stated they needed to order a new unit and that it would be from a different manufacturer and that it may be 2-3 weeks before they would have it ready for installation. All this, as outlined herein, is acceptable to me and my mother, [redacted].
