Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: PACE: KNEW we needed that shipment by Monday 8-10aml; they NEGLECTED & COST OUR Company, [redacted] *** $- in time & effort, including my time ( [redacted] ***), spending many hours on this COREY (shipping coordinated), KNEW THIS & Swore to ME - on the Moon & Stars, that THE SHIPMENT WILL ARRIVE on Monday, October 16, BETWEEN 8-10am.PACE COST US $200, In time & productivity, office time They are giving us a service, NOT a product & IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO HONOR A PROMISE - & OBVIOUSLY, DIDN'T CARE ABOUT OUR NEEDS PACE delivers on Saturday, they NEEDED TO FULFILL THAT CONTRACTUAL & VERBAL PROMISE!!! They NEED TO CREDIT [redacted] $ Ryan C***, the broker, encouraged me to pursue this -(wHY Would PACE SHIP IT BACK TO **), JUST LIKE US, they would be CREDITING US TIME PACE FAILED TO DELIVER in the TIME THEY SWORE UP & DOWN IT WOULD BE HERE They trucker was minutes away from us, when they broke down They had another truck pick up the driver It was a small parcel, (only about medium size boxes), they could have cut up, handed the driver & dropped it at Our address I'm a 130lb woman, who had NO PROBLEM lifting any of these boxes, what was the ISSUE, IF THEY FULFILLED THEIR PROMISE MONDAY OCTOBER 16, BETWEEN 8-10- THAT'S ALL THEY HAD TO DO - PACE THEN IS SAYING, THEIR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN OURS - THEY ARE THE ONES (or should I say Corey) WHO PROMISED DELIVERY, MONDAY, October 16, by 10am, to fulfill their promise & what cost us ($200) HOW DOES PACE STAY IN BUSINESS, WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE & A TWO**STAR RATING - Really!! It just cost them gas & time - so to cover that, is why WE ARE ( [redacted] ***), willing to cover that - at a maximum payment of $ $CREDIT TO [redacted] WILL SATISFY - IT'S WHAT IT COST US!!! AGAIN, WITH JUST STATING,'WE DELIVERED IT (MINUS $- OUR LOSSES); THEY MAY HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS - WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE I'M SHOCKED - SINCE THEY AREN'T TRULY COMPENSATING US - NO WONDER THEY HAVE A 2-STAR RATING - IF THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL SERVICE; WE CALL THIS - LOSS OF DOLLARS & TIME NEVER WOULD USE THIS COMPANY - GOOD LUCK TO COMPANIES WHO USE THEM; [redacted] ALSO INFORMED RYAN C [redacted] (THE BROKER) THAT I WAS GOING TO PURSUE THIS FURTHER THIS COMPANY TO US, HAS A NEGATIVE THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!!!ANY COMPANY THAT HAS A TIME ISSUE & PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED ON TIME - THIS IS JUST AGGRAVATION & RE COST & TIME - Like they say - 'NO TICKEE - NO SHIRTEE" Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Shipment was picked up and held as we had to call for an appointmentResidential deliverys require a special truck with lift gateTruck broke down on the 13th and our coordinator did not lie he rescheduled it for Monday the 16thAt the time he was not aware that the truck could not be repaired
for Monday as parts for truck were not available unday Monday and there rescheduled delivery for Tuesday the 17th..Saturday was not an option as the specialized truck was not repaired until MondayYes, we returned to *** because that is where our terminal is and all drivers start and finish We have been in business for years and this is the first time that we have had any complaint to the Revdex.com
