We apologize to the customer for the miscommunication and delays experienced at our facility The issues described (engine light, burning smell, and oil) were not related to the repairs conducted at our facility Our facility only performed the repairs as authorized by the insurance
company We should have documented the customers concerns and submitted them to the insurance company on behalf of the customer - that was our mistake But, to be clear, we were not authorized to complete the additional repairs described by the customer.We would be happy to submit the repair receipts to the insurance company on behalf of the customer for the insurance company to determine if the repairs were for issues that were accident related and, if they are deemed accident related, the insurance company will determine the appropriate reimbursement.Please contact Lane M***, Manager of Flow Paint and Body Center, at or lm***@flowauto.com to submit the repair receipts.Thank you
