This man requested I email him what showed the transactionAt this time everyone gets alerts on their smart phones of there bank translations, in which I included in the email the text messages that came off my debit card which showed translations of $times which totals to $I have no reason to fraud this man over a $transaction,and I find it disturbing that if I'm showing you these transactions occurred and showed the company name snack soda vending Malvern PausIt showed time date and amount I had in my accountIf this was just a hold of $then why a week later when *** *** finally decided to respond to me then my $would have reflected in my account and it never didAs I stated to him before I do not have a bank institution I have a ore paid debit card in which works in the form of whatever I spend is all that is taken out of my accountThere are many people at my place of employment that have had many issues with there debit cards and his vending machinesI spoke with the security cards and the person who works with the service women that comes every other day Either way who I spoke to and when is not the factorThe factor is I showed what transactions where taken and I received no merchandiseI find it extremely odd that my card was no where on ***'s bank transactions as if the event never occurred, but I showed my place of employment as well as the security guards who take the slips and issues the refundsAll I want is what was Stolen from me to be returnedIt's not the money is the principal as a consumer I can not get the proper justice that's owed to meI can also have my debit card company show the transactions as we'll*** should be held responsible for his machines and there functions which have been proven multiply times with other customers as well as myself are not properly working

I received a refund slip dated 3-3-14. It said 'took my money and provided no
snacks but took money off my card'. The person did not fill out location, what,
machine and left no contact information. We have our 1-800 number on every
machine. My setvice employee is only in this location...

3 days a week, not every
day as this lady says she talked with her every day. On 3-19-14 I did receive a
phone call questioning the refund. I returned her call asking for details of the
problem and gave her my email. I sent her my credit card report from the bank
showing all transactions for the day. There were no sales over 1.00 each on
that day. I emailed her asking for a copy of her statement so I could try to
investigate. She emailed me a written note showing only 3 transactions totaling
7.50, not 10.00. It was not a bank statement. There was not any name on this
statement nor did our company name show up as she states. It looked fake to
me. I emailed her suggesting she contact her bank to file a complaint with
them. Many times businesses with list a transaction as PENDING for a certain
dollar amount on a card until the charge goes through. This usually takes 1 or
2 days. Is this what she saw?
I do not feel this is my responsibility.

I am attaching my copies of credit card sales on the day this lady says the problem occurred. I am including both snack machines we have in the break room just in case there was confusion. As you can see we did not have any sales close to 2.50. The time and date is included with each transaction. This is the credit card company report I receive for each day. I did not receive 4 transactions in that short period of time on that day.
I am also attaching the copies of what was supposed to be the transactions sent to me for proof. They do not have a name, type of card, or my company name any where. Also I have labeled the 4 as A-B-C-D. If you look at B and C they are the same. Same time, same amount and the same balance left.
This is the evidence that supports my position. I do not owe this money! The lady needs to contact her pre-paid card company and ask them for a credit.
