On two different occasions I've had the poorest service a person could imagine, on both occasions I had phoned during business hours and got a recording telling me that if I leave a message and a phone number they would get back to me. On neither occasion did they return a call, the first time I had to drive out from Abbotsford to see if they stocked what I needed, they didn't carry that item, a returned call would have saved me time and money. The second time I went in personnally and ordered what I needed and told the parts desk guy that I would like installation as well, they told me 2 weeks, I waited the allotted time and phoned again to see if it had come in, same recorded message, same lack of a return call. I called again and left a not to nice of a message in regards to their lack of customer service, two days later someone returned my call, I told him it was to late and I'd gone somewhere else [redacted]

I purchased a boat from Break Water Marine in late January of 2016. It took a long time to get the boat shipped (to the US), and a long time to get it through their shop for the services and modifications that we had agreed upon. I did not receive the boat till early March. However, they have completed every task they said they would. And I believe it was a fair deal for both parties. Long story short Aaron [redacted] is a salesman that promised a lot and I am very satisfied with the transaction.
