I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The seller lying! I placed an order for shoes on May **, I never received them I contacted the seller several times to ask for status and was told it would take longer to receive them After months of waiting, I asked the seller to cancel the order This was in July after months! Please tell me how I scammed you? I asked for my payment to be refunded and was told that it had been initiated I never received the refund and neither has my bank I asked for documentation for the refund and the merchant supplied nothing I have initiated a fraud dispute with my bank against you Love Luxury Label is a scam, selling fake luxury items and never shipping them after payment has been received You are not only scamming me but brands like *** *** *** *** *** *** etc buy selling knock offs of their products You need to be shutdown because you are not reputable They keep changing their website! Provide me proof of m refund because I have my documentation and can prove everything I'm complaining about!
