Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.] Regards, G [redacted] L***I was never told it was a special order all I was informed that I would have to place I deposit of good faith witch most stores require when doing any transaction over the phone but not once I was told there was a no refund or exchange or it was a special order and no where on recipe it says special order or no refund or exchange but the business expected me to assume this was their policy

The customer requested a 24"x96" blank piece of yellow acrylic, upon checking if we had any we informed him we did not and would have to special order itWe told him our vendor usually delivers everyday but after we called our vendor we were told they would have to special order it also from the
manufacturer and that could take a few weeksWe called the customer back and let him know the time-frame and that we would need 50% down because if he didn't come get it we would be stuck with itWhen told he would need to pay 50% he asked if instead of $he could pay $60, we told him no that we would need the full 50%The piece came in early and we called to let him know it had arrived.After he came to pick it up he noticed the piece of acrylic was in fact the incorrect sizeHe told me several times he knows it is not our fault he told us the wrong size, he actually needed a 48"x96" pieceI told him unfortunately we just did what he requested and we would not make him pay the remaining balance for the product but we would also not refund his deposit because as we told him it was special orderWe are unable to return the product or use it, we ordered it specifically for his gentleman.
