This is in response to client saying "the service should have been completed right the first time." The client signed a consent that specifically states that " Botox is not an exact science and the number of units injected is an estimate of the amount required to paralyze the muscles There is no guarantee of results of any treatment." I have never received any photos from the client after treatment and you can see from my notes that the client has been unwilling to come to the office for re-evaluation even though I have offered to come in after my business hours Also, according to the clients address she is only miles from my office location? Therefore I am unable to resolve this issue until the patient comes in to the office for an evaluation

The service should have been completed right

This client wants a refund for her Botox but refuses to come to the office for a follow up visit and photos I have no way of knowing that her treatment did not work? My office personally called her to follow up and she hung up the phone on us

Therefore I am unable to resolve this issue until the patient comes in to the office for an evaluation.
