Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint? [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I do not know who the owner thinks I began " telling everyone she was a thief"Who is everyone? I only talked on the phone to her assistant once and said that if the owner chose to keep my $125, I felt it was thievery! ? I also said this to the owner the very next day.The delivery men came to the house, so I can see where I would be charged for that, BUT since They would have to take the furniture down stairs, I was charged moreWell, they didn't take them down any stairsThe owner owes me at least half of the $By saying she's a reasonable person, it does not let her off the hook, because of her angry behaviorIt is just a convenient way to get out of paying a refundIt is unprofessional and unethical, but maybe that's how she does businessI want $in refund, mailed to my home! ? First off, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience to the customerBreathe Vapor takes pride in our customer service and offer products that we and our customers trustWe would never continue to offer any device that knowingly would
not last its intended use timeMy understanding is that this customer purchased this item months agoThese are small devices, usually carried in your hand or pocket, like a cell phoneIf these devices get wet or dropped, that could cause damage to the deviceNow we're not saying it is true in this situation, we just don't know
If the device is defective we generally know very quickly, within a couple days or right out of the boxWhen purchasing an item ,if the customer prefers, and normally they do, we set up the device for them, so it is ready when they leave the storeIf there is an issue we take care of it immediatelyThe item this customer refers to, has been a solid, dependable device for usThe company that manufactures it is well known in this business and produces many quality products
My business partner and I are usually in the store days a week, we have helped B*** on many occasionsOn this particular day when he called, we were not thereWhen B*** saw the error code and called the store, our sales associate stated the return policy and suggested that he could come in and talk to usWe are always willing to help our customers in any way we can, but, unfortunately we have never heard from himWe are still willing to take a look at it for him
Our return policy is posted in a very visible location on the front of our register standOn defective merchandise, our policy is days with a receiptWe believe that our return policy is equal or better than the standard in this industryThank you

When I called regarding this issue the guy working did no such thing to even try n have me come down and look at itI was told over the phone there's nothing he could do and I asked why it would last a few months and I was told it just depends on which one I buyTo me this response was unnaceptable.He seemed eager to get me to buy another one I've have brought between and customers in to your business as this was the only location I would visitI was given no customer service I did not even call to get a replacement I just wanted to figure out how I could get something I paid bucks for working againThis has never been dropped, never been near water or anything that could possibly damage itand it only lasted a few monthsI will never again visit this store and I will do everything in my power to get the people I brought to you to go somewhere else from now on

Mrs*** did provide photos Unfortunately I could not see the damage in the photos She was asked to come in and pay the pick up fee of $ At that time she signed documentation stating her furniture was clean and in excellent condition I can provide this
documentation if needed My movers arrived at her home at the scheduled time to find the varnish was completely off the tops of the Bedroom pieces, and there was a large chip in the glass top for the table I cannot take chipped glass it is a liability on my part if someone cuts themselves Mrs*** has consigned with me before and knows that I do not take furniture in the condition that hers was in They took pictures of the damage and it was texted to the manager and the decision was made that we could not takeI can provide these photos if needed I am a fair person I am always willing to work with someone regarding these matters What she is asking is fair and I would have certainly given her a partial refund, but before I could speak with and try to work this out, she began to tell everyone I was a thief I am by no means a thief This caused me to not want to have any further dealings with her
