Hi ***, Thank you for allowing us to supply our response to this complaint via email [redacted] (via ***) submitted supporting information to help us validate her request for a refund on April 18thI responded on April 24th that the information has been received, and her claim validated(See attached case #***)On April 21st, [redacted] had sent another email with the same information, from a different email addressDue to the volume of tickets at this time, I was not able to get to her inquiry in a timely mannerI have apologized to her for the delay and informed her that her refund check has been issued(See attached cases # [redacted] and #***)Please let me know if additional information is necessary for us to close this complaint caseBest regards,

I am writing regarding Case# XXXXXXXX that was just brought to my attention
I was actually surprised to receive this letter as the customer filing the complaint received multiple repliesI noticed she filed this complaint on 11/30/the same day that multiple correspondence was sent of which the customer replied to
We have already offered a refund and issued an RMA# for the customer to send their product back to us to complete the refund processThe first correspondence began on 11/30/and the latest correspondence was this morning 12/30/
Please let me know if you need any additional information

Since this email was sent, the new latest correspondence was today letting customer know that I have followed up with our finance department for a status of the refund
