company involved in the matter but rather letters from the bank that collects the payments asking for new auto debit information to bring the account current with the payments that were behind. Unfortunately, we thought this issue had been resolved before this by an employee that is no longer with us. It wasn’t until receiving your letter that we found out this wasn’t resolved. We have contacted the customer, resolved the issue and both parties are satisfied with the resolution.
