That was not doneWhen their technician left, we only had a rouinstalledThe faucet was still in piecesWe did not know that they submitted a claim to Amazon and we did not know that we got charged $until we reviewed our credit card billThis company NEVER once gave us a written estimate or a bill stating how much we will be chargedThis document with someone else's hand-writing does not prove that they gave Paul/us notice of how much we were being charged, nor does it constitute NOTICE to us the consumersWe were wronged and continue to be wronged by this company Regards, [redacted]

This accusation is 100% falseWe went to this customer's house to perform a work order sent to us via Amazon which was for a faucet replacementWhen we arrived we explained to them that it required extra work/rough in services which would cause extra fees and the customer said they would think about it and let us know if they wanted to rescheduleA few days later [redacted] called and stated that he would like to reschedule for the faucet installation and that he would have all of the rough in completed to where all we would have to do it attach the faucetWhen we arrived for the second time none of the promised work had been performed so we had to do all of the rough in as well as attach the faucetBefore the work was started my technician informed him that we would be charging him on a $75.00/hour rate for these services which he agreed toI, [redacted] , even went to his house personally to explain this to him as well as the owner of the company, [redacted] and he was in agreementWe had originally told him that we were going to charge him $for the service but given it was a holiday and taking longer to complete than expected we discounted our rate by $making it $along with the $that Amazon had charged him making the total $We did not charge him $on top of Amazon's feeWe completed our work order which he signed stating it was completed to his satisfaction and we leftHe was well informed of the extra fees and we did no illegal charging of any kindAnd now almost months later he is requesting a refund of work that was completed and signed off on by him and accusing us of being a "shady" type of business which is completely insulting and 100% falseWe are an honest and fair company that has been doing work in the Austin area for years now and pride ourselves on our customer service and great reputation and take offense to someone trying to make accusations to ruin what we have worked so hard to build

I recently had some work done to my home. I had a full bathroom remodel and the complete exterior of my home taken from siding to stucco and I could not be happier or more satisfied with the results! Ron and all of his guys are amazingly professional and have amazing talents with their trade! Definitely not like the big over priced companies that are only worried about a paycheck and have no respect for your home like I have used in the past. So I would just like to say that if you have any projects coming up no matter the size big or small give Ron and his guys at Brecca Construction a call and you will be so happy you did!

I am rejecting this response because someone filled in "Extra Hours - $470.05" AFTER my husband signed it. When [redacted] signed that document, it did NOT have "Extra Hours - $470.05" on it. We were given a copy that states "completed" and "1.00" hour, exactly like this document, except that it does not have "Extra Hours - $470.05" on it. No one EVER explained, in writing or otherwise, how our credit card got charged $555. This is the first time that we have seen "Extra Hours - $470.05". They have no proof that we - the consumers - ever "promised" preparing a work site for a contractor. They also have no proof that we ever authorized them to do anything beyond what is listed under "description" - faucet replacement. Furthermore, their work is complete - the description for faucet replacement lists "installing 1 customer supplied faucet, handles, and drain stopper." That was not done. When their technician left, we only had a rough-in installed. The faucet was still in pieces. We did not know that they submitted a claim to Amazon and we did not know that we got charged $555 until we reviewed our credit card bill. This company NEVER once gave us a written estimate or a bill stating how much we will be charged. This document with someone else's hand-writing does not prove that they gave Paul/us notice of how much we were being charged, nor does it constitute NOTICE to us the consumers. We were wronged and continue to be wronged by this company.

This accusation is 100% false. We went to this customer's house to perform a work order sent to us via Amazon which was for a faucet replacement. When we arrived we explained to them that it required extra work/rough in services which would cause extra fees and the customer said they would think...

about it and let us know if they wanted to reschedule. A few days later [redacted] called and stated that he would like to reschedule for the faucet installation and that he would have all of the rough in completed to where all we would have to do it attach the faucet. When we arrived for the second time none of the promised work had been performed so we had to do all of the rough in as well as attach the faucet. Before the work was started my technician informed him that we would be charging him on a $75.00/hour rate for these services which he agreed to. I, [redacted], even went to his house personally to explain this to him as well as the owner of the company, [redacted] and he was in agreement. We had originally told him that we were going to charge him $750 for the service but given it was a holiday and taking longer to complete than expected we discounted our rate by $195 making it $470.05 along with the $84.95 that Amazon had charged him making the total $555. We did not charge him $555 on top of Amazon's fee. We completed our work order which he signed stating it was completed to his satisfaction and we left. He was well informed of the extra fees and we did no illegal charging of any kind. And now almost 2 months later he is requesting a refund of work that was completed and signed off on by him and accusing us of being a "shady" type of business which is completely insulting and 100% false. We are an honest and fair company that has been doing work in the Austin area for 7 years now and pride ourselves on our customer service and great reputation and take offense to someone trying to make false accusations to ruin what we have worked so hard to build.
