Breckenridge Grand Vacations

I have been an owner at Grand Timber Lodge and Grand Lodge, Peak 7 for 19 years. I have absolutely had it with these clowns. I called to book my week for 2024 Winter and I was told there are no weeks available. How can that possibly be? I'll tell you how... They have more owners than owner weeks. They have created a "Winter Plus" program that simply diminishes the available inventory for owners. I want to give them my weeks back, but I am told that is not possible. There is no recourse but to let the court resolve this issue. Very bad business practice.

This company provides vacation rentals and ownership at their properties. It's mostly a scheme of madness and false promises. They will say anything and lie to your face when in reality, the sales folks and the actual resort employees who should be able to figure out how booked the property is on a given day, don't know. It seems as though most things said by the employees are lies, fabrications, and rainbow promises that have no actual basis in truth.

Very dishonest, misleading business, and I would never recommend anyone to buy a timeshare from them..

You have created an amazing business scheme. Take peoples money and never have availability for their "week" when they call. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase or booking team ever. We have owned this for 7ish years and have only been able to get in ONCE! I just called today at 9 am when you opened for the week a that opened at 9 am. I was immediately told I was 125 in line (How is that possible for the second you opened) and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told the week that just open 30 minutes ago was booked. This is the third time we tried to book this year. Your customer service is useless. Your booking availability is non existent. I was even told today that the reservation system is too complicated to explain. Which means they are holding a ton of the rooms and only releasing a few when it opens. Way to be used car salesmen (And Women!)
