matter with us being told the vehicle was sent out and never was until the final day of having it in my possessionThat's when I was told about the transmission issueSo I'll respond once the car is returned

I am the owner and I did not receive the first notice of this complaint sent on 04/10/I did receive the second notice on 04/27/He bought a Wrangler Limited from me for $11,and traded in a Ford Focus for $He wanted the
sales tax financed and we did thatHe drove the Wrangler for about a month and put miles on itHe brought the Wrangler back and said the under carriage had rust and was unsafe to driveI was under no obligation to trade it, but I didHe purchased a Hyundai Genesis for $16,He said we did not give him the $1,credit for the Ford FocusWe allowed a credit of $14,on the Hyundai which is more than the $12,credit he would have received for the WranglerI tried to explain this to the customer but he got violentI told him to have his lawyer call me so that I could explain the details

Please see attached letter from Breckenridge Motor Co. as well as the check stub for payoff and the lien release from lien holder.  If any additional information is needed for the credit beaure or from her lien holder please contact us.

We have resolved this with the customer.

This vehicle is already being repaired as we informed the customer from the beginning.

Customer was informed that he purchased an extended warranty and that they would cover the repair. He chose to pay himself.

I cannot cancel the warranty, because AUL has no record of doing any business with...

me. They have no record of the warranty being filed. I have contacted them about this numerous times. I also paid your sales department $3500. Plus, AUL doesn't warranty Range Rovers, so how could I have a warranty? I was told I had a warranty through AUL from Breckenridge.
