We are very sorry to here that you did not enjoy your sleigh ride with Breckenridge Stables We offer sleigh rides pulled by large draft horses in hand made Amish sleighs in one of the most beautiful locations in the world - the Breckenridge Golf Course On the sleigh ride you are surrounded by mountains in every direction with amazing views Even our chefacilities are top notch with a fireplace, overstuffed leather couches, heated restrooms, etc We offer the highest quality sleigh ride possible Our prices have been the same the last years even though everything related to horses have gone up in price dramatically Everything we offer is spelled out on our website and pictures are available www.breckstables.com We have a cancellation policy so we can run our business efficiently If guests don't show up for a reservation we then have horses that were brought out and staff that came in to work for no reason Also a lot of times we are full and have to turn guests away so the sleighs are not too crowded If guests with reservations don't show up the guests that were turned away could have came I could go on and on about the cancellation policy but it just makes sense We even email our cancellation policy out to all guests so they can read through it and can choose whether or not to agree to it It just basically states if we are going to save you spots on our sleighs you have to guarantee you coming Once again we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy you sleigh ride with Breckenridge Stables

***,As previously stated I am very sorry to here you came off your horse while trail riding with us We did offer a refund and asked for a mailing address to send it to Our offer was declined The comments regarding what happened have several discrepancies All of our horses are for beginner riders and over half of our horses are taken in as rescues We offer a place for unwanted horses as long as they are gentle and safe for beginners to ride All the horses in your specific group have been with us for many years and are great horses Please remember there is a inherent risk to riding horses We support and donate to all our local horse rescues You can't be in this business and not be an animal lover Thanks you for your time once again on this matter

However, given the lack of cooperation I have received, I would request it be settled by making a verifiable charitable... donation to the PETA organization in his name personally or in the name of the corporation.
