Review: Took the car for repairs due to overheating, they call to say they found that there was a hole in the radiator need it to be replaced,after two days we got another call saying that the car was not fix yet that, it need it a thermostat , $400 dollars later still had issues with the car they say they couldn't tell why was still overheating, a week in the garage and the car not working had another call that they were sure that if we change the gasket that will take care of it. Found out the owner was on vacation and when he came back he had the time to look at the car and said he will do a test cooling system and thought that will let him know exactly what was the problem with my car again 3 more days and still guessing ,I got a call to tell me the car was fix and that to come and pick it up..happy finally to get the car back I had already missed 3 days of work because of this issue; Tom Breeden decides the car is not really working and that it was the head gasket and it was going to cost me a lot for me to fix and he didn't recomended?? $1000 dollars later he has giving me my car bacK AND NOT FIX even thou they have a big sign that says they do guarantee their work.

I had asked for a payment plan when all of this problem started thinking I would have a reliable car after, now I found my self without a car and a balance of 664.98 x 24% APR interest on all the money that is due.

I'm on disability and can not afford to pay for a car that doesn't work

Revdex.com spoke to the owner of the business who stated that the customer brought in the vehicle with an overheating problem, and there was no water in the vehicle. The customer was told that the radiator was broken, and they needed to install a radiator in order to do a pressure test. Another leak was found under the intake, which was corrected. The vehicle was still overheating, and the business found that the head gasket was leaking into the radiator. The vehicle is still running hot after it has been run for a long period of time, and that the customer was advised she needs a new head gasket, but she stated that the did not want to put more money in the vehicle, and he states that he has not heard from her since. The business stated that there was not anything done to the vehicle that was not necessary, and that they did try to work with the customer in regards to the price she was charged, and did labor discounted for her as she claimed she did not have the money to put into the vehicle.
