When I spoke to you about calling our dispatch department I was with a customer at the timeWe gave you our next available appointment at that timeWe understand you frustration as we speak to customers every day that are dying or have some sort of diseaseOur position stands we would love to give you your money back for the service fee you paid your Home Warranty Company backAlso please feel free to give us a call @ [redacted] and maybe this time we can have a decent conversation and discuss the situation like respectful people P.s We cant refund you money We never collectedWe also followed all procedures from your Home Warranty that you purchased

to be done once or twice a year in order for your unit not to go thru thisUnfortunately we received your call back through your home warranty after you called them and had you scheduled within 48 business hours they require us to get too youDo to this extreme heat wave we are having our scheduled have been extremely bookedWe had you on the schedule but you decided to get some one else back out sooner and couldn't waitYou even called in to cancel your appointment the day before you where already scheduled forI understand you frustration with the heat but unfortunately the day you wanted us back out we where bookedThat is why we scheduled you when we did and that is the time frame you picked when we called you to scheduleWe have no control of what other companies charge but you do have control of what you payAll our work has warranty day labor and one year partsYour previous repairs where paid by your home warranty and you only paid us your service fee of $65.00. We would of loved to have helped you Yesterday when you called in on the phone with this matter but instead you decided to start screaming and yelling at me when you called inYou didn't even let me speakAll I heard was your threats of saying you do not know who I am and how many people you know, and that you will report us to the Revdex.com, Put it on Face book, that you reported us to yelp, and complain to Angie's List etcBut not once did you give us the opportunity to talk to you about you decision to get some other company out to you sooner.
With that said we are very please to give you back your service fee that you paid us of $back

I have reviewed your reply. My frustration yesterday during our conversation was escalated by your nonresponsive attitude. When I called to schedule a return call and spoke to you I tried to explain what was occurring but instead of listening to me you said call scheduling, here is the number and hung up. I bought my home in December and the unit had service prior to the sale. I am completely aware of the importance of having my systems serviced at least annually as I have been an Arizona resident my entire life.
I realize it's summer, I realize it's busy and I realize I was frustrated when I spoke. I felt at that point forced into taking my business elsewhere because there was no urgency to correct the situation from you or your scheduling department. I realize that my repair was being handled thru home warranty but regardless I am still a client and should be treated fairly. Your technician should have made the repair on June 8th and that would have prevented the additional cost to me using another vendor. If your would have at least had some compassion about the situation but instead nothing.
I truly feel that you should pay the full cost I had to pay to the other vendor. Had your company done the work completely on June 8th we would not be where we are today
