Thank You Revdex.com for helping in this matter [redacted] contacted Breezaire by phone to talk about a problem he was have with his cooling unit model [redacted] Serial number [redacted] (unit was manufactured March of 2004) years old, Breezaire can only give a suggestion to the customer as to what is wrong with the unit because we do not have the unit is front of us to test it our self'sWe made the suggestion for the customer to purchase the part after the information that the customer providedTo answer the customers complaint of not "Communicating" that we did not do refunds or returns on the part he had ordered that is incorrect, as the attached PDF file shows under terms and conditions:NO refunds or returns on any parts orders.This invoice was sent to him as an email attachment for the payment by Paypal and he had a copy before he made the paymentPlease also note that the order form on our web site shows on the header above the form also makes the same statementPlease use the attached [redacted] to see our web site page.We also told the customer on 3/24/now that the unit needs to be return for service we would credit the cost of the part towards the cost of the repairIf the Revdex.com or the customer have any other questions please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] M-F 7am -3pm PSTAgain Thank You for you time is this matter [redacted] ***Breezaire

Review: I own a Breezaire product which was malfunctioning. When I described the malfunction, they said I should purchase a part which cost $110. When I installed the part, it did not fix the problem, and they said it was probably a different problem. I asked to return the unneeded part, and they refused, saying there was no refund. They had not communicated that to me in advance and did not take responsibility for the fact that I had purchased it on their explanation that it would fix the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the part that I purchased at their recommendation and receive a refund for it, including shipping costs.
