I never heard a response from the Revdex.com or ***. Would be happy to send the $to ***

Be aware of the UNETHICAL sales practices at Breeze AutoSeveral months ago, I test drove a year old *** vehicle and noticed the power steering was broken and unsafeI informed the owner, *** and he verbally promised his mechanic would correct itI liked the vehicle and negotiated a fair priceI made plans to purchase it later that week and *** was to have fixed the steering issueI did not require a statement in writing, as I trusted him at that pointI contacted him prior to coming in and he stated the problem was absolutely fixedHis “mechanic had greased the steering system” and the problem was eliminated, he said Upon arrival to finalize the deal, I test drove it and immediately realized the power steering was still broken I brought this up before making any paymentThe owner tried to sell me an additional aftermarket warranty, which I declinedI have been burned by these warranty programs in the pastYou end up paying thousands (a lot of money) and very little is really covered I still wanted the vehicle and *** verbally promised he would reimburse me for any costs to repair itHe was anxious to make the sale and again assured me he would take care of any repairs for the steeringBased on the verbal promises he made I bought the vehicleAfter the purchase, I found out a few days later from my mechanic and then the registered *** dealer service department, that the steering rack was defective and that none were available currentlyI called *** to inform him and reminded him of his oral promiseHe again said he would cover the costs to repair this problemI waited patiently for the steering rack to become availableFinally, months later, the steering rack became available at a shop in *** and the *** dealer received itThe vehicle was repaired, so I sent the full documentation and bills from the repairs for this vehicle directly to the owner for reimbursement He refused to cover the costs of repair and then outright lied about verbally promising satisfactionI am now forced to take this unscrupulous used car dealer to courtThere are plenty of honest and reputable used car dealers in the areaStay away from Breeze

Review: Breeze held on to my title too long. Causing me to accrue a $25 late fee at the [redacted]. I called and spoke to [redacted] and he said " $25 bucks, that's nothing, you want 25 bucks, fine, I'll write you a check ". I told him to mail it cause at this point I was disgusted with him. Needless to say I never got the check, mind you, they are right down the street from me.

I just want the me money he owes me, I have NO INTENTION of doing business with Breeze again.

After they got my money for the car I no longer mattered.. I had to call several times for the car that was promised to me the day after I purchased it. The guy [redacted] who told me to pickup the car was to busy trying to get rid of me to answer my questions and [redacted] was no where to be found. He didn't even call me to tell me what was going on with my car.

Just all around bad service after getting my money. They messed up my last name on the title, told me they would get a new one. Instead they altered the old one but the stamp was expired. [redacted] lied, he knew he was going to alter it, but called me that Monday and said your titles ready. It had been ready, he should have given it to me that Saturday morning so I could get the car registered.

It's the lies and deceit that cause me to get the $25 FEE, so of course I want my money. Even if it is "JUST $25"......Desired Settlement: To get back the $25 fee I was charged at the [redacted] because of Breeze's incompetence.
