To whom it may concern,
I am [redacted] the manager of Breeze Cleaners and I received a complaint filed against us from a mr [redacted] M [redacted], ID [redacted]. We have had several conversations with mr [redacted] in regards to his missed placed pants and what we are able to do in regards to our store...
policy. Mr [redacted] was not happy with what the policy was. Our policy for lost, stolen or damage clothes is we will pay 10 times the amount of what you are paying to have the article cleaned. Mr [redacted] didnt not like the 32.50 offer. I offered him $40 that wasnt good enough either. we finally settle on $50 cash and he was happy with that.
