Review: on 9/29/2014 I made a call to confirm the advertisement on living social for Botox. the person that answer the phone [redacted] stated it would be best to come in and pay them the $99.00 dollars for a setof 20 and not to buy the coupon. I proceed to make an appointment for 10/01/2014. As I arrived there something told me not to get it done there, the location is not clean as some of the reviews stated on there reviews, but I continue to sign in. [redacted] was friendly and professional to a point, but as we went to the office the conversation that she had with Dr. [redacted] was not appropriate. The Dr. explain to me the procedure, I had questions but he continue to interrupt me. He was not friendly or kind. He injected the first injection on my forehead and I told him it hurt. He did not say anything and continue to do the other side, he squeezed the fluids to spread them on my forehead, and continue to the lines around my eyes it was hurting I stayed to him that it hurt but again he ignore me. [redacted] said a comment " place this ice on that area for 20 minutes and you will be fine". I end up paying $200.00 dollars for 2 sets of 20. I waited for 3 and called them because I was still in pain and the left side and around my eyes do not look any different from when I first saw him. I sent them pictures as they requested. Dr. Scot stated that he would reimburse me if I was unhappy. Five days when by I did not hear from them,so I went to his office so that he can see the horrible job he did. He was rude and with a yelling voice told me it did not look bad it just needed a small touch up and I was making it a big deal. He was not going to reimburse anyone that just walks in saying "I am not happy". I asked him if he did see my face and the wrinkles I still have on my forehead and under eyes. He said its not a big deal. I say because is not your face. He afford to inject me another set, I told him I didn't want him to touch my face.Desired Settlement: I would like him to reimburse the $200.00. I would like him to acknowledge the damage on my face he made, to review the pictures I send and have compassion on how I look when I went to his office. I am walking with my hair on my face so that I can cover the area on my forehead so that it is not that noticeable how my right is smooth but my left side is wrinkle.
