looking into her case, [redacted]'s referral bonus was not applied due to her not following the guidelines required to claim the bonus. All referrals are required to provide referees with his/her own unique referral link to clearly identify and verify a legitimate referral. That being said, referral bonuses are applied automatically by the Breeze system once it recognizes that the referred member has taken possession of their Breeze Prius. [redacted] claims to have referred a [redacted], whom she mentioned as her Mother. However, neither [redacted]'s nor [redacted]'s account showed verification that [redacted] had given [redacted] the correct referral link from above for usage to qualify for the bonus. If they do not believe that I referred [redacted] to them. why did they text me and ask me to make a partial payment on her behalf and they will send me the $300 referral fee.

To clarify, Breeze is not denying the fact that [redacted] made a referral. However, [redacted] did not follow the correct protocol to claim the referral credit. As previously stated, all users must use their provided referral link to claim a referral credit. This is similar to claiming a coupon code at check out when purchasing an item online. As a one-time courtesy, Breeze has paid out the $300 referral to [redacted] and she has received email confirmation of the transaction.
