service throughout the process. Once a new applicant receives their vehicle, standard weekly payments are required; the cost having been discussed as part of our terms. Overtime, the missed payments that this member accrued were substantial enough that we had to request a return of the vehicle. This is never an ideal situation, but if there is a large outstanding balance we do so to avoid further accrual of debt. This particular member became hostile with our billing team upon suggestion, refusing the return of the vehicle until repairs were made. When asked for claims information, body shop location, and estimated time of repair, this individual refused the disclosure of any information. Failure to cooperate with our request to return the vehicle with an outstanding balance led to a repo order for said vehicle. Repos are very costly to our business and is always a last resort. We take this customer experience very seriously and wish this member the best in their future endeavors.
