Unfortunately, we suffered a major hail storm which is causing a delay as I do not currently have my truck in my possession. As noted in the emails, I will get the pattern to Breezer over the next few weeks when I am able to get to my truck

Breezer had the pattern all along. They finally made a window from the pattern that Ben had requested months before stating that he needed for me to show what needed to be removed from the upper corners. Instead they made the window the size of the entire pattern. This one is much larger than the last. Once again - I am hearing nothing from them. Not surprised. This has been a very expensive lesson to learn - especially on a brand new ordered truck!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! What everyone is saying is happening to me as well.

They are not a legit company. If they were, they would get back to their customers.

Something is not on the up and up with these folks!

Review: I bought a breezer window and accessories from them. One of the accessories did not arrive, and the window that arrived did not fit. I sent it back with the [redacted] account number they gave me. I sent the product back on Monday March 14, and the item was delivered around 5PM of Tuesday March 15. The last time they contacted me through email was on March 14; they said they would refund me my money back. It is now Thursday March 17; I have been emailing them since Monday and have yet to receive a reply from them.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund for the amount of $494.30

Really? You Trash a company because they didn't issue a refund within 48 hours.
Frankly, had it been me and the part didn't fit (it happens) I'd ask for a replacement part.
I am sure they would have have gladly done so.

Review: I ordered a breezer window and a rubber boot (seal) from this company on October 27, 2015. $484.63 was paid to [redacted] via [redacted]. When the product finally arrived in December, 2015, the product was found to be subpar and I chose to return it even though it was stated there would be a 25% restocking fee. The p[redacted] of the window was 299 + 19 for the tint + tax. I expect 75% of this to be returned to me. I paid to have the window sent with insurance (as requested) and it arrived to Breezer Windows on January 16th ([redacted]). The problem is that I have contacted Breezer Windows about this return and have heard nothing from them since the time they provided me with the RMA #. They have not replied to my emails, nor have they processed my return.

The rubber boot arrived separately from a distributor used by Breezer Windows. The distributor happens to be just down the street from me at [redacted], so I returned this product by hand and expect a full refund of $89 (plus tax). Breezer Windows is aware of this return and has stated that I needed to get an RMA # before returning it, which I did not, as I just returned it to where it came from and was told by the owner at that address that I would be refunded.

I am already losing out on a lot of money for a crappy product I regret ordering, and it appears I may need some help reclaiming my money. Please let me know if any further information is needed.

If it is returned to us, we will issue you a full refund. The last thing we want is an unhappy customer. We have been in business for over 20 years and strive satisfy all of our customers.
