Breeze Ways assumed our service contract from the defunct Solar Bear in November of 2013, so my experience with them is limited However, I have this to relate: On 7/of or 7/25, I was contacted by Breeze Ways to schedule a contractual A/C tune-up7/was established as the day, between the hours of & As I'm sure you're aware, setting aside time in your life is difficult and two hours of time invaluable So, the service day and time came and went, and no technician showed, nor was there a phone call of apology or explanation I called this morning (7/30) to find out what had happened As it turns out, a great miscarriage of service had occurred through a high level of incompetence: the scheduler forgot to actually enter the appointment in their system, reminiscent of Solar Bear's deplorable service (one of the reasons they went out of business, I'm sure) Had I not called to follow-up, no one even would have known there was a problem, because there was no official record Two hours of my time gone, never to return, and without compensation or amends A new appointment has been made, but only because of my efforts, and not those of the offender They receive a "Neutral" because of this experience, which may be a one-off, coupled with the fact that they have several more chances to redeem themselves through future encounters

I will be looking for another company to maintain both my AC and Cooler units going forwardI have been having problem with my cooler thermostat for a couple of weeks so I called Breezeways to schedule an appointment to fix this and do my annual AC maintenance at the same timeThe guy was up on the roof for maybe minutes and then simply looked at the cooler thermostat for minute and said it should be replaced but he did not have a unit in his truck and that he would call me back Problems I have here: Does it really take only minutes for a annual AC unit checkI am dubious that a thorough job was done Second, the main problem for the service call was not even addressed, and now almost weeks later and still no return call on when they can fix the thermostat Too bad I can't give this review half a star or less because that is all that it merits

I am not sure what is going on with BreezewaysThey used to be an excellent companyThe church that I manage has spent several thousand dollars replacing and repairing HVAC systems with BreezewaysIn the last year, they have had a lot of turnover and when I called this morning to inquire about a part that was supposed to be on order, the person in the office said they had no record of our business???? Most of the new units have been installed in the last two years and should be under warrantyThe person said he was the only one in the office, and that he was new, and did not plan on being there for longI also have a contract with them for my home and I have been told that they are not honoring contracts anymore although they continue to debit my bank account

Today's visit from your technician was so helpful He was so patient and answered all our questions and gave us great ideas on how to help our AC unit work more efficientlyThen checked the unit to make sure it was working properly Thank you so much for your level of professionalism from the person who took the service call to the technician that came out

I was getting quote's to install a New Split/AC system in our home. Several other AC installation companies had come out to my house and quoted me over 5k to install the AC system for a basic 4 ton 13 sheer unit. They also wanted me to upgrade my electrical panel which would have been an added expense in order to be able to do the job. Until I came across BreezeWays I talk to [redacted] and from the beginning it was always a pleasure to do business with him he went out of his way to fix some electrical issues that came out thru the installation and was always available when needed to answer my questions and concerns no matter of the time or day. He also was very helpful with getting permits required for the job and followed thru until everything was approved with the County.
I ended up getting a 14.5 4 Ton Unit for under 5k I was very pleased with their service I'm glad I hired them for the job they prove all other companies wrong and where able to get it done with my current electrical panel Thank you so much!

I had a late afternoon callout for BreezeWays when my HVAC unit failed at my home. They arrived within 45 minutes, informed us of costs at all points of discovery, had the parts on their truck and had my unit running (although it seemed like forever due to the heat!) that same night. Even if they had been unable to repair the unit that quickly, I would have been willing to wait until the following day for them to return. Absolute confidence in their tech and his analysis of the failure and repair.

I just had my unit serviced, and I have a question or two. How does a $15.00 part get up to $140.00 installed? Why do the A/C / Heating companies always try to sell a service contract? Even with a contract the part, installed, would have been $75.00. They offer a $49.99 special.
Service date 10/28/2015 @10:30 by [redacted] The tech seemed to know what he was doing so no complaint there, it is the other issues that make or break a relationship with a company. A service contract at $220.00 to ensure I return to your business goes against my grain. Service specials should be "special."

1. Does it really take only 10 minutes for a annual AC unit check. I am dubious that a thorough job was done.

Too bad I can't give this review half a star or less because that is all that it merits
