BEWARE This Person Does NOT Deliver & Never Sends Refund As Promised
I paid $1,500 as a deposit for Breezie Castell to develop a website for my small business. After several months passing and never receiving any content, create, draft or creative proposals, I requested a refund which Breezie Castell agreed to send me. She stated that she will have to break up the refund over multiple months, I agreed. needless to say she had no intention of refunding me a penny as I never saw a one.
The money is not the issue it the principal, do not say you are going to do something as a business and not follow through.
Breezie Castell is nothing short of a complete SCAM, beware.
BEWARE This Person Does NOT Deliver & Never Sends Refund As Promised

The following is the email I sent to client after she requested a refund. The pdf referenced in the response is attachedRegarding tampering with emails and dishonesty, there's proof and dated emails that are impossible to tamper with and are the same for both partiesBeyond the attached
response to client and pdf documenting the timeline, I received a consistent stream of public social media comments and 'likes' showing no dissatisfaction for the months. Email sent to client: On Jan after discussing your needs in broad strokes, you identified the need for my services under the Everything pa**age plus eCourse which includes:Websitelogobrandingsocial mediaprint pa**ages eCourse Design and Development with ecommerceLead/Sales pagePromotional PicturesTwo custom OdesignsUp to internal pages or 'modules'Contact PageTech Manual for studentsVideo uploadDownload Audio Buttons for each videoGraphics for each pdf or ebookPDF Creation for videos if neededCover graphics for each videoUp to custom promotional graphics for social media eCommerce integrationThis began our engagementAt the outset of our engagement we had our initial consult where I communicated how the process would work, that at several points along the process I would need to receive content from you to complete certain stages. This has all been maintained and documented in asana where you have had access to your project, visibility to completed and outstanding tasks, and status throughout the processI explained the timeline is designed to be completed in months but that certain stages must be completed before moving on to additional stagesAnd that I would require content and feedba** during the process. Here is the screenshot that shows what steps and tasks are still outstanding after months due to undelivered collateral from you.The attached PDF history of our email contacts documents my timely requests for content from you, so that I could close the chapter on tasks and stages of the project and move on to complete the project as a whole.Since so much time had passed without receiving content from you I pre-built what I could of subsequent stages pending your contentIn the attached PDF documenting our conversations you can see time stamped requests for undelivered content from you that has prevented the project from being completed the last week of March.La**ing content provided by you, I proceeded to pre-build the later stages of the project prior to receiving the necessary content from you.I agree that months is an extremely long project timeBeing able to deliver a project like this is predicated on having the collateral and content text from my client in keeping with the project schedule as first discussed at the outset of the engagement, as well as timely feedba** from my clients at stages along the project. The attached PDF which documents our conversations throughout the course of the project as well as the project status inside asana, which you have access to and from where we coordinate the project together, show ongoing communication from me requesting the needed inputs from you of feedba**, text, content, photos, and log-in's.Things that will extend a project passed its inherent completion date include: changes in branding, direction, and scope mid-projectProjects can also become delayed by a la** of text delivery and other collateral from a clientAdditionally, when the project requires feedba** from the client, delays of days, weeks, or months can add unnecessary roadblo**s to timely completion. Some of my clients may not have all of the necessary content, and text prepared when engaging my servicesIn these cases, I extend flexibility to suit my clients' needs, which often results in extending the project timeline past the project's inherent, and initially agreed upon timeline. In our project relationship, in order to drive timely and structured progress toward project completion, I offered on 8/16/to provide my consulting services to help organize your eCourse content at no cost to youI provide this service starting at $400.00, but offered the service to you at no cost so we could get this project completed. This offer of my consulting services still stands. Here is a list of the outstanding tasks, content, and feedba** needed to fully complete the project as agreed upon when you engaged my services. When I receive the pending tasks, content, and assignments from you, the project will be completed in one business day, plus any revisions requested by you.As reflected in my policies, I understand that life happens, and that my clients may not be ready immediatelyWhen this happens, I detach the project from daily calendar, and that when clients are ready to see gage, or provide their feedba**, I re-prioritize the project completion.I am currently engaged with many client projects, and I will make your project a priority as soon as I receive the necessary contributions from you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]2, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
On December 2nd, 2015, I reached out to Breezie Castell (BC) via her website to inquire about her website design and marketing services.  After several email correspondences, I decided on enlisting Ms. Castell's services, which included the following:Everything Pa**ageWebsite, logo, branding, social media, and print pa**ages eCourse Design and DevelopmentLead/Sales page & Promotional Pictures to build your list and promote your program; Two custom Opt-in designs, Up to 10 internal pages or 'modules', Contact Page, Tech Manual for students, Video upload, Download Audio Buttons for each video, Graphics for each pdf or ebook, PDF Creation for videos if needed, Cover graphics for each video, Up to 5 custom promotional graphics for instagram, facebook & pinterest. eCommerce integrationche**out/ payment integration/shipping & tax integration with product, category, cart and che**out pages designedThe following screen shots from Ms. Castell's website include descriptions of the services that were agreed upon with payment:These services, which were agreed to be provided by Ms. Castell, were paid for in full for the amount of $,2,391.25 with via PayPal on January 8th, 2015.  Upon payment, I received Ms. Castell's "Welcome Pa**et" (see attachment 'Welcometobcm-2'), noting that I would receive an estimated timeline with deliverables (screenshot below):At the time of payment, nor at any other point in my business relationship with Ms. Castell was I provided with a timeline deliverable for my project, as noted she would provide in her Welcome Pa**et.  In addition, Ms. Castell noted in both verbal discussion prior to payment and in her outline of her policies/procedures that estimated project time would be approximately 2.5 months (see below screenshot from Ms. Castell's website outlining estimated project time):After approximately 9 months from the time I remitted full payment for the above described project, I terminated my business agreement with Ms. Castell on September 8th, 2016.  This decision was based on the fact that I did not receive any deliverables or services that were paid for by delivery date, including a functional website, completed branding, print products, or ecourse. Ms. Castell was given multiple opportunities to deliver on the agreed services as promised, though continually fell short.  It was also at this point that I made my first request for a full refund from Ms. Castell in the amount of $2,381.25.The attached PDF file (Attachment 'Breezie Castell Marketing Email Correspondence') provides my entire email history correspondence with Ms. Castell from December 2015-September 2016.  I have also outlined my correspondence with Ms. Castell below, which directly parallels the attached PDF file of my email correspondence with Ms. Castell:(Please note the following abbreviations: **=[redacted], BC=Breezie Castell)December 2nd - ** reached out to BC inquiring of services.January 8th - Payment made in full for services described above.  Crystal submitted email to BC to confirm receipt of payment.  January 9th - BC requested ** to share Pinterest Board with BC.  ** fulfilled this request.January 12: BC a**nowledged receipt of **’s Pinterest Board.  Noted in correspondence, “From here I can begin the wireframe of the site…” ** also provided Wordpress and Blue Host Login information to BC for siteJanuary 17 - BC sent ** email to notify of Asana tasksJanuary 25: ** a**nowledged tasks assigned and built out in Asana.January 29th - BC sent email requesting examples of look/feel that ** would like for website.February 1st - ** responded to BC email, fulfilling request for examples of look/feel that ** would like for Website.  ** provided login information for Word Press/Blue Host for 2nd time.
